I've had my kids in this center since my oldest was 6 months old...she'll be 7 in May. Early on, there was a revolving door of administrators...until Andrea started. Andrea was the administrator for the last 4 years and fostered a truly amazing environment in the center. It was an extended family. Home office sacked Andrea last week and is claiming she resigned. A clear lie. The majority of the staff has given notice in response, so I'm uncertain if I will have care for my 3 year old after next week. The trust has been broken. Irreparably at this point. The only possible solution is for the CEOO, head of HR, and site coordinator to all resign as they are clearly not qualified to do their job. Now, back to searching for a place that values their people and the families.
