They used left over materials for my condo renovation. Even simple requests suddenly became "too expensive," which made the process feel misleading and inconsistent. The quality of the work does not reflect the money I paid. The job was definitely rushed, many important details were left incomplete, and the results did not match what was promised. Concerns I raised--such as mold issues and specific finish requests like quartz countertops--were dismissed or avoided, and nothing was handled with the level of professionalism I expected. To make matters worse, one of my front screen doors went missing during the project and was never addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I feel the work performed did not justify the cost, their communication was unreliable, and their business practices lacked integrity. I strongly encourage others to choose a different contractor. On several occasions I reached out to AJ and asked him to send me reports confirming he conducted any inspections. He always replied "As soon as I'm back in the office, get back home, I'll check into this". Then he started ignoring my calls. Unless you want to throw your money away, avoid doing any business with Treeline Septic Services, aka TSS and TSI.

For the service I needed, they were amazing! I was adding a cold water tap for filtered cold water. I had the hole drilled in the countertop and just needed someone to install and split our water line. The facet was in a hard to reach area and I just didn't want to make any mistakes so I called SP and they were able to schedule me for a visit in just a few days. They gave me a time frame and they are great about communication. They sent me a text the day before to remind me of the appointment and the technician sent me a few text messages letting me know he was on his way about how long it would take for him to arrive. Calvin was my technician and when he arrived, I showed him what I needed and right away he went to work. Overall, it might have taken an hour and when he was finished, he showed me the work he did and everything was working perfectly. I know many people might have done this job themselves but I just didn't want any hassles and preferred to have someone who knows what they are doing, someone who does work like this every day. From day 1 they have been nothing but amazing to work with. They met with our insurance adjuster to ensure he got every detail of damage that could be seen on the surface, walked us through different roofing options, ensured they had the preferred shingle color in stock, scheduled the job and met and exceeded that date. I was blown away they had the job completed in 5 hours, they did an amazing job and pristine cleanup after. Used an experienced 11 man crew which made all the difference and the project manager was onsite a majority of the time. Found out the last roofer cut some corners so they had to remove 2 layers of felt and replace wood rot due to it, they contacted our insurance on our behalf to get additional funds for the extra labor/materials required. We'll be using them for the rest of the damage from the storm (siding, trim, window screens, gutters, they do it all!)
