Their office staff is always courteous and answer my questions; their technician is always professional and polite, and the one time I spoke with their operations manager, he not only put my worries to rest (how long it would take to dry), he made me laugh! My previous lease stated the property's carpets had to be professionally cleaned upon move-out and conveniently listed a company to call. I (not as conveniently) prefer to make my own decisions and was not about to do my nightmare-of-a-property-management-company any favors by using the service they partner with and presumably get a cut of the sales from. Not to mention I had zero to go off of re: their quality of work (save my property managers word, which would LITERALLY equate to less than zero if that were possible) and that wasn't going to fly considering I had a nice sized PVC cement spill (tip: lids = important) that needed to special attention. A friend recommended Service Depot so I called for info and just liked them. Or maybe I liked the fact they were in budget (even with the pet deodorizing add-on my lease required) AND able to accommodate my hectic schedule. Either way it was a smart choice... they were on time, quick, courteous and did a great job to boot. And when I say great I mean don't-have-to-replace-the-previously-glue-hardened-carpet great! I mean so great my property manager (claims) I'll be getting back my full deposit! I won't hold my breath, but I will strongly recommend you give these guys a call if you want your carpets to make you appear like the never-spilling, pet-less, vacuums-daily person you definitely are not. I called Service Depot on Saturday afternoon about 1:30. Jeffers was in Buda and I'm way north in Round Rock. I needed service that afternoon. Jeffers committed to being there which he did in about 45 minutes , in the rain. He arrived and set up, taking particular care to protect the corners of the wall with the orange plastic shields. He went straight to work. I had a couple up nasty pet spots which he completely eliminated for me. I highly recommend Jeffers Haile and Service Depot. Undependable. The also have done damage to the furniture and seem to have a disregard for property as they "whip" the hose through the rooms knocking over lamps and damaging woodwork. Use at your own risk. read more

With so many different choices and methods out there when it comes to carpet cleaners, you want to make sure you get it right. I had been researching companies trying to make a decision and after speaking to Jeffers, I felt comfortable trying them out. I got a call back when they said they would, they worked with my schedule, they gave a phone quote that they stuck to, even when Jeffers wound up doing a little extra (stubborn stain) for no extra charge, etc. They gave great prep tips so that when Jeffers arrived, he could go straight to work. Very professional. Great service at a great price! When our dog peed all over our area rug, we tried to clean it ourselves and only ended up with a mildew smelling nasty carpet. We didn't want to have to throw it away (it was a nice big rug.) Service Depot did an amazing job! I just had my carpets cleaned in November of 2014 but I had a cat that was ill for about 6 months and so the living room carpet was just awful even though I tried on a daily basis to keep up with it. After the cat passed I thought I'd try one attempt in cleaning and disinfecting the carpet before having it replaced. The previous vendor did an okay job but I was looking for someone who sort of specialized in pet stains. I found Service Depot by searching the internet and reading the YELP reviews. I am extremely satisfied. The carpet smells and looks good, the owner and office staff were very helpful and caring. One really good thing I liked was no hard sell after he arrived at my house to sell me all sorts of other services that I didn't need or want. Price is very reasonable too. Service Depot is a scam. Do not use them if you are a renter. They will charge you for service, then your landlord. Make sure you have your request in writing; this company will make a verbal claim that they will not support. Use caution. read more

After being swindled by another dryer vent cleaning company I am so very fortunate and thankful to have found Service Depot! I called them for a second opinion after company #1 did not complete the job and told me it would cost me $200 for them to come back out. Jeffers at Service Depot confirmed my suspicions about what Company #1 was telling me and seemed genuinely interested in earning my business. He himself even carved out time to come out and help me the very same day. After not being able to do laundry for 3 weeks due to a smoking dryer I was so relieved to finally find someone willing to help me. Jeffers was extremely professional and didnt even mind me watching him work (and talking his ear off about my stressful ordeal). These guys are awesome! We've been using them for as long as I can remember and now that we're back in town we used them again today. Still great service and easy to work with! They would come out to our old house about once a year to clean the carpets. We had a dog and cats, but no kids so the mess wasn't too bad. Still they helped that carpet last 15 years and when we sold the house the carpet didn't even need replacing! Fast forward to our new house and BRAND NEW carpet. During move in we spilled liquid printer ink in the middle of the living room! We did what we could to get it out, but we pretty much just lived with the spot for a year. We got a puppy 6 months ago who had a few accidents so we decided to get the carpets cleaned now that he's potty trained. Service Depot was no less punctual, friendly and efficient as they were 3 years ago! Guess what?! That ink stain that has been sitting for a YEAR? They got it out and didn't charge any extra!
