Naptime is set in stone with dim lighting and soft music and they work with her crib issues to get her asleep. This is a friendly, all involved daycare that I can feel good about her being in. If you can get in here, please don't hesitate, it's top notch. And being in the federal building, it's secure. I can't say enough good things about the Daycare. At (TWG) educating the children is very important. They start from the Infant Stage on up! They work on Colors, Shapes, ABC's, Gross Motor Skills, you name it and they apply it into your child's everyday activities. Your child gets a daily sheet, letting you know what they did, ate, how long they napped, they even recorded diaper changes!! They have a few different playgrounds, as well as an indoor Gross Motor Room. This way the kids can all play, but it's never "Big Kids with Little Kids" They run a very structured schedule and somehow keep all the kids on a great routine. They have a photographer come in at the beginning of every year and take pictures of all the kids and you can buy packages. They also take the kids on field trips (with your permission obviously) and go to pumpkin farms etc. Like I said before, I can't say enough about TWG!! I've read some of the other reviews about the Owners caring about money etc???? First of all, show me someone who owns their own business and DOESN'T care about the money! Money is what keeps their business running, food in their kid's mouths, and their bills paid. They have the same concerns as every other "RESPONSIBLE ADULT IN THE WORLD" The prices are comparable if not better than other daycare centers. PLUS it includes Breakfast, Lunch and 2 Snacks/Drinks daily! Please don't let this "Bitter ex-employee" who wrote one review, get in your head about this place, being anything but GREAT!! All you have to do is take a tour and see for yourself. First it's much bigger inside than it looks from the road. I never would have thought it was as big as it is, or that there were all these playgrounds around the back. I toured the DayCare with the owner and when I asked the owner if I could speak to some current parents to hear their experiences first hand, the owner promptly reached out after we finished the tour and had 2 current parents call me. They both had extremely positive things to say about the DayCare and staff. I also had a friend of a friend who had a child that went here and they also said it was a really nice place. Ultimately I chose different DayCare which was more spacious but also more costly, so you'll need to weigh the options and make your decision according to your preferences/budget. Overall, I think this DayCare, Together we grow, is a great option and I feel it's good to give credit where credit is due and that's why I am writing this review.

We love the staff here as they have so much compassion and love for the kids in the center. In the infant room the teachers are very flexible and make sure the infant's day is as close to a day at home as possible. They allow you to bring in food and snacks from home once the infant is old enough for solid foods and have no problem adjusting to any meal substitutions. Our child loves coming to the center and lights up every time she sees her teachers. They incorporate age specific activities in their curriculum to further the child's growth. Education is a big part of the curriculum in all classrooms which is very important to us. The Gingerbread House was voted best daycare center in Syracuse for a reason and I would highly recommend enrolling your child(ren) here.

There were, to my memory, zero firings in 2017. I can only say the best things about this daycare, where my 4 year old has been going since she was 6 months old. It's not a homogeneous group of kids but they do generally come from white collar families. The teachers have done a really good job of supporting education (my daughter could write her name when she turned 3) and social graces & behavior, including our efforts at potty training.
