They are one of the few places that offer extended care for working parents. They are very reasonably priced and focus a lot of creative development like arts and crafts, science, cooking, etc. I felt my child was always safe and all staff new my child's name after a few weeks. We went here for two years and can't say enough about how wonderful everyone is here. The only reason teachers may leave is if they go into a public school. The teachers want to teach this is not just a job to them, this is their passion. Such a great way to have children learn the Bible, make new friends, and develop to their potential. It's just not fair at all to him or his mother/family. But Blossoms teachers and staff welcomed him with open arms, and were patient with him as he adapted to his new school. I came into BSM needing next-day child care as we were new to the area, and I was unaware that there are a lot more Montessori schools to choose from. I was sent a welcome packet with a set of prices and a "100% Happy Family Money Back Guarantee". When I got there the very next day, the prices had went up. The building seemed sanitary and I liked that the classrooms were nut-free but the outside play area was ONE old plastic, unkept sunburned play set next to a sewage drain and a small concrete sidewalk. There were a few picnics tables on the other side of the field - that's it. I was unimpressed but we are a Montessori household and I wanted child care to be the same. I withdrew my child after ONE DAY, and put her in a different Montessori school in the area that had 4 different play areas for each age group, ample space for riding around and playing with different set ups. I reached out for some sort of reimbursement with an offer to compensate for the 1 day via email and voicemail, never got a response. Long story short, this business is determined to keep $700+ of my money for 1 day -- Jayden has been very condescending and the director is harder to reach than the president. It's flat out wrong to not prorate or refund a customer for changing their mind after 1 DAY!! And it's bad business to not communicate and keep such a substantial amount of money for doing incomplete work. Contract or not, no parent should be forced to complete 30 days of childcare if they are unhappy after 1 day - 100% Happy Family Money Back Guarantee is completely false advertising. *****ADDED NOTE: Parents beware, this school will go to the furthest length to deceive and exploit your money. How could you deceive AND PAY a daycare $700+ to watch your child? A STORM DRAIN in a play area for 1 year olds is a HAZARD. If you're looking for a safe, well staffed and clean daycare/school; you can stop searching. I learned so much from my tour with, Hailey and what I should look for when choosing. The Hive checked boxes I didn't even know I really needed. I spent the first 2yrs at home with my son. I was nervous to have someone else be responsible for him. It's now been 4 weeks here and everyday I'm thankful I found them. The owners are amazing, they're at the Hive daily. The entire staff is actually just as amazing. My entire street has been asking where we go and now they're all looking into the hive.
