The staff at kindercare have been extremely loving towards my daughter and have provided the foundation for not only her social skills but for her learning. At such a young age the kids are exposed to various learning activities that teaches them all sorts of things from fossils to meditation. As an elementary school teacher for 7 years I can't stress how important it is that children start elementary school with a good foundation. Kindercare offers just that. At the age of 2 my daughter knows her shapes, her colors, how to count to 30, her alphabet, letter sounds, the days of the week, the months of the year and so much more. I know that when she starts pre-k or kindergarten, she will be more than ready. Everyday when I pick her up she tells me all that she did that day and she tells me about all of her classmates and teachers. Being able to interact with different kids and teachers has been invaluable to her social development and the development of her communication skills. Most importantly my daughter enjoys being there. My family and I love the app because we get to see my daughter during the day. The pictures and videos are a testament to all that they do there. I am beyond appreciative of all the staff members that have interacted with my daughter and have even facilitated/ helped with her potty training journey! They even offer Phonics to the kids, which helps them build the foundation for reading and writing. I have nothing but love and appreciation for Kindercare and know that my daughter will have very fond memories of her early years and a strong foundation for the years to come.

As a single mother, I work hard to provide quality care because I expect my child to be safe, cared for, and treated properly. One of the biggest concerns I had was that my child was not fed according to the feeding schedule that I personally provided and that the daycare agreed to follow. During enrollment, they made a huge deal about labeling every bottle and following my child's feeding schedule. However, after dropping my child off at 7:15 a.m., he was not fed until approximately 11:36 a.m.--more than 4 hours later. My child currently has difficulty eating solid foods and relies on formula, which I fully explained before enrolling him. Jay acknowledged this and agreed that the daycare would work with my child's feeding needs. When I went to ask why my child had not been fed according to the agreed-upon schedule, instead of addressing my concern, the director, Jenna, immediately asked me, "Why are you here if you feel like your kid is unsafe here?" And said AFTER 20 years of directing she never seen this problem before, supposedly she's a mother self if she cared so much for kids she would be talking back with her remarks and her attitude she will be handling her issues, WHICH I found that response extremely unprofessional. Rather than answering my question or helping me understand what happened, she was quick with remarks, talked over me, and became defensive can't get two sentences out to My concern was simply to understand why my child had gone over four hours without being fed, but I still never received a clear answer. To make matters worse, after I raised this concern, Jenna informed me that my child would no longer be allowed to attend the daycare. From my perspective, it felt like my child was being removed because I questioned their care and expected accountability, rather than because my concerns were addressed. My child also became very sick while attending this daycare, which only added to my concerns about the cleanliness of the facility. From what I personally observed, the school did not appear to be cleaned or sanitized the way I expected for a childcare center. After my experience, I went back and read other reviews, and I realized that many parents had raised similar concerns. Looking back, I wish I had read them before enrolling my child. To the owner, Jay: before responding to this review, please focus on addressing parents' concerns instead of protecting the daycare's reputation. Parents trust you with the most important people in their lives--their children. When concerns are raised, they deserve honest answers and accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this daycare to any parent. He still has a lot of growing to do as being on the spectrum has its moments but he is very smart and willingness to learn. They are patient with him and understanding when it comes to being neurodivergent. The care they give to all their students is outstanding. I'm a mother who calls a lot checking in how his day is going and they always take the time out to assure me he is doing good or it's just one of his days. They have no curriculum for the kids and they would be like zombies with the damn tv on ALL day! my sons grandmother picked him up and sent me a picture of my sons eye and she was told it was a fish allergy. They never contacted me nor anyone else on the emergency contact list. I called furious and they had no report or explanation. Nobody knew what happened, the next morning was when my son woke up with a bruise and a swollen eye, I immediately unenrolled him and went up there so they can see for themselves, still no explanation. I told Mrs.Perri I would report them to cps and she begged that I don't because she would get to the bottom of it. Till this day I have yet to know, weather it was negligence or someone hit my son. I highly recommend that you please go find a better daycare. They are always accepting children but it is because all they care about is money. The children to teacher ration is by law and they don't follow it. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. None of the teachers here understand English nor speak it well, save your time and money and suffering and take your Buisness else where. From the ladies at the front desk (even through change/new hires), to ALL the teachers, this place has relieved any and all stress about our daughter's development and learning. She loves going to class, all the teachers welcome EVERY KID everyday. You're able to "checkin" via a live stream video which is awesome when you're missing your nugget. Our daughter has learned SO MUCH and comes home with new knowledge everyday. They communicate extremely well and always provide necessary info. Calendars to help keep you up-to-date, reach out and alert you of any changes made (even daily meals which may be overkill but, I'm for it!). The teachers and the director were super nice and great during enrollment and the entire time my son was there. They made our start and abrupt stop very easing and we're very understanding and accommodating to our needs. It was the first time my son (4) had been in anything cause, you know, Covid. He was terrified of everything and having the camera to let me check in eased my mind a lot. His teachers helped calm him each morning and let him sit and do puzzles as his classmates trickled in. I do agree with a previous commenter that there aren't a lot of obvious Covid protocols in place. The kids did not wear masks, though my son does everywhere else, and they only washed hands and tables right before eating. They sit and sleep right next to each other and share just about everything. My biggest regret was that there was little to no free time or open center time for the kids. Everything was very structured from the product-art that his teacher obviously did or corrected to three/4 circle times and lots of table activities. He went outside once during his time there. Even if it's hot, kids need at least 15 mins outside a day to just move. Our plan was to send him there for socialization but he barely had time to do that. They provided food and snack but did not let me know if he ate anything or not. When I questioned him, he couldn't give me an answer either. They have a letter they send home but it's a generic one that has nothing to do with a specific lesson or activity or your child for that day. It was the same one for the whole week and pointless. Works for older kids, perhaps, but I sent more detailed ones when I worked in Early Education and even as a fourth grade teacher. Overall, it wasn't what I was expecting but it wasn't bad. We pulled my son out cause he got sick a week and a half in. It was a regular cold from new, preschool germs, but with Covid on the rise again, we just pulled him for at home care.

Let's start with my son his behavior began to be so bad he was loving after some times he began hitting and crying every time I dropped him off and when I pick him up his eyes would just shine to leave . And can't see everything happen . But that's WASN'T THE ISSUE my daughter got covid from one of the teachers in there that had covid ! And has given her permanent respiratory problems to this day she was 4 months when she left that daycare and now she's 10 months . And I tell the office she just brushed it off like "oh it's just like the flu" and failed to let any of the teachers or parents for the baby's in that class to know my daughter have covid to warn another parents baby because it is contagious!! But no nothing was informed just brushed of.she would be sick EVER WEEEK like I don't get how she would never get better as soon as I changed her school she hasn't gotten sick one time !! This daycare really needs cameras or to get better management and more professional teachers they made it seem like my child was the issue with his behavior but it's the teachers and what they do to him/them behind closed doors I fear for any child in those class rooms for what really happens when we parents are not there
