I haven't been to chilis in a while!! It used to be one of my favorite sit down restaurants when I lived in Vegas, but when I moved to Atlanta. It just wasn't the same! After going today! I think I found my spot again. I arrived at around 1230 and it was nice, chill and I was greeted about three times before I sat down. I then ordered my food and it came out sizzling in about 15 minutes (it was not the fajita plate) That triple dipper plate was delicious!! The sliders were perfect alongside the Honey chipotle chicken crispers and the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks My only critique would be that the mozzarella sticks were huge and flat instead of the normal finger sized, cylinder shaped ones. Other than that it was a great vibe and it wasn't packed surprisingly during lunch hour.

I can see why this place is receiving low stars . Attitudes says it all even 2 stars is too much based on how servers treat and ghost costumers I guess good help is hard to find or lack of training . Won't be coming back to this location for dinner.hasn't changed much since my last experience

Every time I attempt to visit with my children it's always a wait and the hostess is rude. I added myself to the waitlist via Yelp. I was told to be seated between 4:10-4:25. I arrived at 4:07. I told the server I was on the list. He said ok and asked my name. I told him and he stated there were 4 ppl in front of me. I said according to the queue there's only one person. He responded with well that's not what I have. I attempted to show him and he turned his back. I politely said take me off the list and walked to Friday's. This has happened on multiple occasions when I chose to sit in the dining room and not the bar.

I love Chilis so I was really disappointed in the service this time around. We sat at the bar because it was a 30-45 minute wait to be sat. The bartender took forever to acknowledge us, give us water, menus, or utensils. We could've had our order ready If we'd received the menu while we waited. I got the southwestern eggrolls for my appetizer and the triple dipper for my entree. My friend got the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks to try. We both had margaritas (not pictured) that tasted like straight mixer. The food took forever to come out too. Thanks to the manager, Whitney she turned our experience around. She was kind and accommodating so thank you so much for saving the day Whit!

My food came COMPLETELY COLD. The mozzarella sticks were solid blocks, had zero cheese pull. I could tell it was never fresh because the to-go container wasn't even warm and has zero condensation. Flavor was there, but this being the 2nd time eating here (1st time dine-in, this time delivery) I can tell this location doesn't care about what they put out at all.

Delivered via Door Dash. Everything was tasty to me. I didn't get my ice cream with my cake but otherwise I enjoyed it all.

Ordered the Bacon Burger at Chili's called my order in to go. Customer service was great! I had to wait about 10 minutes for my food. My food was great, no complaints!

Ordering Togo Carla took My order in the TOGo area. I totally can relate to her.. I saw the Margaritas on the menu now I'm sitting at the bar having a Henny Rita while I wait. It was Ms. Carla recommendation. The waitstaff is super friendly and personable. I came in around 2pm.. not crowded. Craving the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. If you haven't tried it it's so good.. with Grilled chicken, cheese, tomatoes, corn salsa, tortilla strips ,with citrus-balsamic dressing. You can also add Shrimp or Salmon.. WHAT??!!! (maybe next time) I added avocado slices for a $1. With cheese quesadillas on the side. It comes with salad.., hence the name Quesadilla Explosion.. all i can say is YUM YUM YUM... I've ordered this Salad for a party and it was a hit.. Now this Henny Rita.. is hitting like a oh my goodness... served with Premium Hennessy V.S. Cognac. Teremana Blanco Tequila pineapple juice and fresh sour... my first time trying this.. and I'm hooked... Asia hooked me all the way up.

There was a 20min wait even though the restaurant was pretty empty (only 3 tables/diners). I assume they were short staffed but maybe communicate that with patrons or at least not have employees on their cell phone at the host stand. The food was what you'd expect at a Chili's. Nothing spectacular, however the star of the show was the mozzarella sticks- they're huge and good! Although the food took awhile to come out, the server was friendly and attentive. Also, we had a gift card which was easy to redeem on the payment kiosk.

I came with a large group around 12:30pm and ordered off of the lunch menu, but for some reason was the only person at the table that was charged for a dinner plate and received a dinner portion. I ordered the cauliflower tacos and paid $40. I didn't get full from the tacos, but I stopped eating them because they weren't very appetizing. The cauliflower was very crunchy, lacked seasoning, and didn't really go well with the taco. Their bottomless chips and salsa were great though. The chips are so light and have the perfect crunch. The only issue is that since we had such a large group, the chips were finished about 10 minutes after we sat down and were never refilled, so we all kinda sat picking at the crumbs. While I didn't order the salad, many people that I was with did and it looked good. I am unsure of our servers name, but she was nice. She did fine for our 10 person table; She forgot to grab different drinks and refills but overall she was good, very friendly. We were sat outside, which half of us didn't know there as outdoor seating, but I would totally recommend. The weather was great, it wasn't loud nor crowded, and there weren't many bugs or anything. Overall, the food seems good, I just wouldn't recommend that a vegetarian or vegan goes here due to the very limited options.

We were greeted at our table by Deja, who was incredibly welcoming and full of energy--she really set the tone for the experience. My boys are usually picky eaters, but she nailed their orders on the first try without any confusion, which is no small feat. As for me, I went with the nachos topped with beef and beans, and they were fantastic. The chips were crispy and held up perfectly under all the toppings--ground beef, cheese, and all the good stuff. It would've made any "master chef" proud. The salsas deserve their own mention. I honestly can't say enough about them. The little reddish salsa was my favorite, but the warm salsa was also excellent--full of flavor and a nice twist compared to the usual cold options. We also added a side of queso, because let's be honest, you can't go wrong with cheese dip. Overall, the food was great, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was buzzing with energy right before a Braves game at The Battery Atlanta. I'd absolutely return next time I'm in the area. Great job, folks.

Definitely a place to be seen and eat well. There's a parking garage but it was full when we got there, so we did valet, which was surprisingly affordable. Service was wonderful. Our server was attentive, helpful, and super knowledgeable about the menu. As for the food, we got: Aguachile de Pescado, which was insane. Super fresh, bright, citrusy, ceviche-like with perfect texture. I would go back just for that. The Hamachi was clean and bright. That avocado sauce tied everything together and gave it some depth without overpowering the fish. The Pork Belly Tostadas were crispy and rich with that smooth avocado mousse and sweet mango salsa balancing it out perfectly. Finally, the bone marrow with steak... so good. I had seen pictures of it before I came and it did not disappoint. The steak was incredibly tender. They bring blue corn tortillas and suggest making a taco with the marrow, steak, and avocado. It's great that way. But honestly, the marrow and steak stand perfectly on their own. Whole experience was excellent. Easily one of my favorite spots in the city now.

Right when we walked in, the staff complained to us that we hadn't called ahead to have a "smaller, special menu" crafted for a large party. To make matters worse, they loudly announced to the whole table right off rip that they wouldn't split checks separately--only an even split. It felt incredibly rude, lazy, and unwelcoming. The irony is that the large group size wasn't even an issue; we staggered our arrivals and the patio was completely empty. The kicker- my brother in law ended up paying the whole tab at the end anyways! so all of that initial laziness & nastiness for NOTHING! Throughout the night, the service felt incredibly rushed and stressed. While we were still eating our appetizers, the busser was aggressively trying to clear our plates because the mains were coming. Our server was very short with us the entire time, which was confusing because the restaurant didn't even have a stressful vibe. She recommended a main dish to me that I really didn't care for, though I will say the salsa was unique and probably the best part of the meal. Shoutout to the one staff member who was actually friendly, but overall, this is not the kind of place where you leave feeling like you had a nice restaurant experience- at least I personally didn't.. Too bad we didn't just go to C&S next door which we always love. Regardless tho, my sister had a blast, but that's entirely because she has a wonderful crew of great friends, not because of Casi Cielo.

It was a rainy day and my dad and I had arrived before I started grad school at Ga Tech. Our server was an Electrical Engineering student at Tech. It was appreciated after the typical chaos of moving to a new city that he happened over here my dad and I talking and he shared he went to Tech. Over the 2 decades since, I've brought friends who live here and from outside the city to enjoy the great serving and kitchen staff. My wife and I have been many times including on the restaurant's anniversary night last fall. We are sorry to hear the landlord has decided to raise the rent and sell the property. Heather has been our server multiple times. She was our server tonight as we celebrated my wife's birthday with her parents, aunt and sister. From calamari to the desert platter and entrees in between, the food was incredible. The fried lobster tails are a must. The mouse has been my wife's favorite for years. The one note is Jacob the General Manager needs to learn to trust his servers. At the beginning of the meal I let Heather know despite being a party of 7 to just bring the check to me and I'll settle up with the other guests via Venmo. And, at as we were finishing dessert, Heather came by letting me know the next party for our table was had arrived and could she bring our check. I said yes. While Heather was getting our check ($490 Food & $600+ after tip) the Manager came by telling us we needed to finish up and have our check brought. When I asked the Manager to not make this an unpleasant experience and that coming by after Heather had just communicated the situation and I had agreed she told me I should share this feedback with the General Manager. She, Jacob (GM), and I stood on the front patio where I explained what I'm sharing now: Trust your Servers. He said they were front facing and so the management likes to meet the guests. Having your Manager tell us we need to get our check and leave is not the way to meet your guests. Chef Jack and his wife (the owners) are hospitable and trust and appreciate their staff. Jacob having his Manager micromanage the servers management of tables is nowhere close the focus on service the owners have had for 26 years. I hope that Jacob and the Manager take this as a learning moment that if you hire talented people your trust talented people to bring their talents to their job. Sure it was busy. But, that's why Chef Jack hired the staff he hired. Jacob the GM needs to increase the communication with his talented team instead of using the excuse of being front facing to ever overstep their bounds on the relationship his servers have built with his guests. Heather introduced herself when we sat down. Jacob did not - nor should he have. Heather did a phenomenal job making us feel welcome, have food and drink we enjoyed, and even recognizing my wife's birthday with her favorite desert. And when the time came she handled coordinating bringing the bill and having us free the table so a new group could enjoy an evening at Agave. Jacob and the Manager need to trust their staff more. Micro-management is never a good look for your staff's morale or your guests' impressions. Please go see them for Jan 31st 2026 when they close. The servers are all wonderful as are the owners. And the food is like nothing else in Atlanta. The management simply needs to trust the talented staff from front to back of house with whom they get to work. If they're ever in doubt if a server is either providing the level of service they expect or turning tables at the rate needed to keep pace with reservations then talk to the server. The server needs to own their tables. Management should truly be of service to their staff - and you can only do that with trust and communication. Customers should never know management had a single question if the sever was doing what's needed. Because it's a bad look to come by twice about being the check. Especially when the 2nd time is in between the 1st ask if they could and the server bring the check. Of note, I already had my credit card out so that I could hand it to Heather as soon as she returned with the check. And in front of the manager, I handed Heather my credit card. Everything else was great. But, why rush guests?
