I heard this place was a pretty good spot to try. I wanted to love it, but the delayed service and long waits tarnished my view. The food was delicious, but the overall experience was lackluster. We had to ask multiple times about our food and when it would arrive. It took about an hour. I will speak highly of the pecan crushed chicken. It's something I would love to have again.

Flying out from ATL airport on a business trip, we decided to overnight at the DRURY INN. Next door is Malone's Steak & Seafood restaurant and we decided to eat dinner there. The food was very good and the service was great. We give a big shout out to our server Lanaia. She was helpful, attentive and made our experience a wonderful evening. We looked at each other and said, "If we were hiring, we'd hire her." On your visit there ask for her. De-rick, the manager, came by and chatted with us as well. He made us feel at home, was informative, and made us feel welcomed. Whether you're passing through, or you're a local, Malone's Steak & Seafood restaurant has great food and wonderful service. Come hungry. Bon Appetite!

I stopped in and ordered the stuffed flounder. The service was great, friendly, attentive, and everything came out quickly. As for the food, there wasn't really anything wrong with it, but there also wasn't anything that stood out. The meal was good, just not particularly memorable. Overall, it's a perfectly fine place to grab a meal, but nothing leaving me with the urge to return.

Quickly seated and was waited on immediately. The grouper and shrimp was one of the specials so I decided to give it a try. The shrimp were favorable and cooked just right. The grouper was good and everything was served hot.

After arriving at the airport I grabbed lunch here before heading to my hotel. The environment is casual and welcoming. I sat in the bar area and was warmly greeted and assisted by Michelle. I ordered the catfish dinner but she told me about the shrimp and catfish special so I went with that. It didn't take long for my food to come out and it was piping hot. The catfish and shrimp were well seasoned and very fresh. The portions were good. There were 2 large filets, 5 shrimp and a decent amount of fries. Michelle was very attentive and provided great service. It was a very nice dining experience. I will definitely return whenever I'm in town.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I ever had. I wish I would've listened to my first mind and left. We sat for 15-20mins and had to give dirty looks before someone came over to ask about drinks. Once we ordered and it was only appetizers it took over an hour and although the server was apologetic it didn't make up for the inconvenience. Then were told it was being boxed up because at that point we were ready to go we had an early flight and needed to rest that to 30 mins or more even after we paid. Just as i for up to all for my money back she brought the food but the food was not hot like it had been sitting and barely lukewarm and the portion was not what was told to us and on top of that one dish wasn't even put in. My bill was $31 for $10 worth of food that was presented terribly even for takeout which it wasn't supposed to be. Never again......

Malone's Steak & Seafood on December 15th, 2025 My friend and I decided to dine at Malone's Steak & Seafood on Friday, December 15th. It wasn't my first time here, but it was for my friend, who had eaten here before. I started with the Stuffed Shrimp appetizer. Gulf shrimp stuffed with crabmeat and baked to perfection. They were delicious, and I really enjoyed them. I also had a margarita, which was strong and refreshing. For my entrée, I went with the bourbon salmon, served with mashed potatoes and green beans. The salmon was tasty, though I forgot to request that it be cooked a little longer since I prefer my salmon well done. The mashed potatoes were clearly homemade, which I loved, and the green beans were solid, though nothing too exciting. The ambiance at Malone's is really nice. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as bar seating, and I believe they even have an upstairs area. It's a great spot for a casual yet enjoyable meal. As for service, everything went smoothly. There were two bartenders handling the entire bar, and they worked seamlessly together, making the process of ordering and receiving drinks fast and efficient with minimal wait time. Overall, I had a great experience, and I'd definitely return. I'll probably try something different next time, but I was happy with my choices this visit.

Malone's Steak & Seafood located on Virginia Ave Atlanta, GA Food: My wife and I ordered Chicken Fingers Salad and Southwest Egg roles. The egg rolls were served hot, they were crispy and flavorful. The chicken tenders salad was delicious, the tenders were the star, so tender you can cut them with a fork and breaded light and crunchy... delicious! Service: Service was great. The hostess greeted us at the door, l liked she made eye contact and smiled... A warm welcoming. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu, patient and friendly. Ambiance: I really like the opened floor plan, they offer table seating 2, 4, 8. They have a full bar that offers drink specials all day. I tried their old fashion(not proper) but good.

It took about 40 minutes for room temperature food to come out. I had the buffalo chicken fingers and they were soggy and cold. The fries were hot but just mid in taste. I'm not sure if it was a one off but my drink was delicious and I could taste the alcohol. They gave us free soup or salad for the wait which was nice but the server was not apologetic about it at all. If I ever returned it would be for drinks and maybe the southwest egg rolls.

Had a great experience at Malone's Steak & seafood . The steak was cooked perfectly, the stuffed shrimp and wings were flavorful, and the French onion soup was rich and delicious. Service was attentive and the atmosphere was perfect for date night. Definitely worth it -- I'll be back!

I'm a few weeks late with is review but had to share my first visit to Malone's as it did not disappoint! Malone's offers a solid steakhouse experience that hits all the right notes without being overly pretentious or overpriced. The ambiance is classic and comfortable with dim lighting and a nice vibe. The menu is pretty diverse, with plenty of meats, pastas, and seafood to choose from, so you're bound to find something you'll love! Since I was flying solo, I grabbed a seat at the bar. My server was super nice and clearly knew her stuff. She mixed up an awesome blueberry lemon-drop martini that I couldn't get enough of! I've got to shout out the stuffed shrimp appetizer--cooked to perfection, tender, and stuffed with delicious crab. Yum! For my main, I went with Malone's Pasta, which came with blackened shrimp and chicken, sautéed mushrooms, and broccoli over linguini in a creamy pesto sauce. It was delicious, even though I asked for no mushrooms (not a fan!). My only tiny complaint was that the chicken and shrimp sat on top of the pasta instead of getting tossed in the pesto sauce, but hey, it was still full of flavor and packed a bit more spice than I expected, so thankful I had a cold glass of water nearby! All in all, Malone's gave me a great dining experience, and I can't wait to go back!

The salsa was great and the queso was surprisingly good. I did not have it in my bingo card that they would have great queso but they proved me wrong. For my main meal item I had the Truffle Chicken Salad Sandwich. I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a flavorful yet healthy option. I was only able to eat half the sandwich and I was full, so if you don't mind having more delicious Brake Pad cuisine To-Go, then I highly recommend. The atmosphere of Brake Pad was fun, vibrant, and the staff were amazing. We parked behind the building and a woman who worked there had the door open. She had on a shirt that read Legalize being Black. My husband had on a Black Lives Matter shirt, & I had on a Juneteenth shirt. She smiled and raised her fist at us as we asked to enter through the door and we responded in kind. I love us! She toke U.S. to grab a menu as we walked in to the right of the bar. We found a high top and found what we wanted and went to the counter to order. The prices are reasonable until you get to adding the sides. I overheard another worker tell a couple who ordered after us to order the veggie plate if they were getting 4 sides as it was cheaper. I wish the person who took our order had told use that. The entrees are à la carte and priced reasonably. The sides are $5 each with a few exceptions, a hoecake is $2 and mac & cheese and a couple other sides are $6. Keep that in mind when you come. Our total for our inside dining with a can of ginger ale, fountain Diet Coke, & tip was like $70+ & the to go order for our son's meal w/o a drink was ~$30. It's definitely a good value if you only need an entree and have sides already. The food is good and has large pieces of meat & decent portions so there you go... I ordered the fried green tomatoes as a starter, smoked beef brisket with the barbecue sauce on the side, smoked turkey cabbage, dressing, & the lemon pound cake. Ironically, the fried green tomatoes came out last. They were piping hot though. They could've used a dash of salt but that cornmeal batter was perfection on the tomatoes. You get 3 and 1 was cut a little too thick and it was slightly mushy maybe cause it had to cook longer? But it was still good. The beef brisket was good. It's sliced thin and had that good smoke flavor and was seasoned well. The thicker slices could've been a bit more tender but overall it could rival some barbecue joints. The dressing was good and so was the cabbage, though it was almost tad bit saltier than I'd like. I'd order everything I had again. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed my food. You know not everyone who claims to cook southern food can do so. Oh the pound cake was good and moist. It reminds me of Sammy Chhesecake pound cake. My husband ordered the 3 pieces of fried chicken, collard greens & they do have a lil kick as the menu suggests, green beans, & yellow rice. He was pleasantly surprised with how big the pieces of chicken were. Nowadays people give you what looks like pigeon parts ‍. He said it was a tad salty. He said he also enjoyed his meal otherwise. I forgot to get pictures of the food for our son's takeout order of fried pork chops, collard greens, mac & cheese, & a hoecake. He liked his food as well but also said his pork chops, which were nice size center cut, were well seasoned, but a little too much. He enjoyed the meal and his 1st hoecake. They also do catering and seemed to have a large catering order being prepared to go out. The restaurant & woman's restroom was clean. The staff were friendly and quickly acknowledged us. The music was good but it would've been good to hear a mix of old school with the hip hop since it was Juneteenth. They have a full bar. The only thing I didn't like was Fox News & another conservative news channel on; at least not on JuneteenthZ a generic movie or TV show would've been better for me anyway. They had a steady stream of to go orders and in person dining. I guess we're just late to know about
