She sighed heavily multiple times while ringing up items and got frustrated with customers asking questions/making conversation. I needed a restroom as we shopped.She blurted in front of others rude no restroom go use public one there are plenty of them! And I said " we can shop but not use restroom?" I walked out waited as my man rudely still bought something. She continued to talk about me to him knowing Im looking right at them! No shirt is worth disrespecting your lady. When we went to the store, we waited outside while they opened, but they didn't open on time, which made everyone waiting pretty grumpy. The selection of shirts was pretty cool, with a lot of different options. The prices were about what you'd expect from a Harley Davidson store. The owner was extremely rude. We walked in to just look around and right from the beginning she was being extremely disrespectful. Every time we would simply ask a question or anything she would just snap at me and my friends. I left almost immediately and will NEVER be returning back. If I could leave 0 stars, I would do it. The salesperson was incredibly surly and seemed like she hated her job. We stopped in there during a cruise stop and were looking for a shirt in a specific size. We were looking through the stacks of shirts (that were not in any specific order) and the employee came over, grabbed the shirt out of my hands and proceeded to tell me that she didn't have the shirt in the size we wanted. We asked about the possibility of ordering a shirt and it seemed like our request was more than she could possibly bear. We have been to many Harley Davidson stores across the US and this was truly one of the worst. read more

Excellent quality consistent with the Harley Davidson brand products. Not a huge selection, but it's a small cruise ship town. The only employee in the store was on the phone the entire time we were there. They earned 4 stars for being open with only one ship in port at Skagway. read more
