It also had black smudges on the outside of the pod. That didn't bother me that much, because I figured it might be normal wear and tear but after finding the hair strands in the pod, it was probably dirt. They had degree spray deodorant for guest to use but it had deodorant dried on the outside of can from where other people have used it. The whole experience felt dirty. The staff was nice, but I wanted to rush home and take a shower asap.
