We received a gift card from our son that lives out of town. I'm guessing he just looked for a nice massage place in Pensacola and this was the place he chose. We went once and were hooked. I've been to this spa 3x in the past 8 years thanks to my girlfriend who lives in Pensacola. In the past I had a massage and a facial. This time I also had a massage. The girl at the front desk was super nice and extremely polite as she answered phones. My girlfriend had her massage first so I was in the waiting area for a while. Masks are required to enter & when waiting, but you can remove it for treatments. They have a lot of great products & my girlfriend buys her skincare through them. I bought her an eye cream as a gift while I waited. I also used a Yelp coupon for checking in. Our massages were 45 min and we had a brief consult on areas of concern prior to beginning. You also fill out a health questionnaire on your first visit. My massage was divine. Relaxing music, a warm table with heated blankets. My shoulders & back got the brunt of it, but she also does arms, legs, feet, neck, scalp if you want. I loved all of it, except a few shoulder areas she worked on were painful. My legs & feet felt great after running. If I lived in Pensacola I'd go more often! Maybe I'll be back next year. read more

This spa is located in an area where you have to be a local for you to know it. It is located at the back of Baskin Robbins and their sign is not really visible not unless you check the door one by one driving 5mph.... they really need to change that.. they should at-least put their sign where the we can see it visibly when you enter the Cordova Square. I missed my appointment and have to reschedule it for later afternoon... Good thing there was a spot open for me. Now lets talk about what I really came for. The service Ive got from my person is their 60min facial, just the basic one for starter because it was my first visit. She is professional, polite and easy to talk to. It think her name is Melissa (cant remember). We really had a great conversation while shes taking care of my need. She made me feel special and at ease while shes doing my facial. I booked a 90 minute facial for my trip to Pensacola for last Friday. I received an email a couple days before from the provider saying that she had some more time that day and asked if I wanted any additional services. I looked at the menu again, but didn't see anything else I wanted to add. I got a phone call the evening before my appointment from the manager saying that they had to cancel my appointment because there was no one available to do it. It almost seems as if the provider didn't want to bother if I wasn't adding anything else. They offered to reschedule, but I don't live in Pensacola and won't be back for awhile. What's also disappointing is that the manager said they would be emailing me a 25% off coupon for my next visit, which never happened. I don't think I will be trying to go there again. read more

Awesome customer service! Receptionist (I didn't get her name) was incredibly professional and kind. I had to wait a few short minutes to check in and out (which I didn't mind) but she kept apologizing and thanking me for my patience (again, I had NO issues waiting, I've worked customer service for a very long time so I understand when you're busy). My 90 massage was done by Whitney, she did a great job, checking in with me periodically to make sure the pressure was okay, the bed was warm enough, etc. Overall great experience, I will be back! I had a free gift card for a fit body wrap and I decided to use it yesterday. Easy confirmation via the phone and was given information of what to expect prior to arrival. I also received a confirmation call and text the day before the appointment. This place is located in the office area of Cordova square . Easy to locate just very limited parking due to all of the surrounding businesses. The place inside was very nicely decorated with the products they sell and had a seating area. Nice soothing music and it smelled nice. Very clean. I was greeted immediately and given a health form/waiver to complete. Then I was shown the room for the fit wrap. The fit wrap looked like a large insulated bag. I was given instructions and time to get ready. Now FYI they do suggest that you get naked for this but you could keep any article of clothing on that you wanted (I'm thinking they meant underwear) but I removed everything. Your given a plastic, barrier suit to put on. It keeps the fit wrap clean from your sweating. It was a huge suit. I'm 5'10 and it was huge on me so I'm pretty sure anyone taller should have no problem. I was also given a stimulating gel to put on my problem areas to enhance more sweating. Afterwards the lady returned to get me into the wrap. The arm pieces were separate and then the suit velcro together to seal in the heat. The suit distributed heat in 4 different sections of the body and the she showed me how to adjust the heat settings for each area. It went up to 130 (I'm not sure how it was measure), but it supplied infrared heat. So a table was within reach with the temp adjyster and a large Mason jar of water to stay hydrated. And then the 60 min session began. The room had nice soothing music and I feel asleep for the first 45 mins. When I awoke, I could tell the difference in the heat. It felt like it constantly stayed warm but would get warmer for a brief period of time then return to a baseline. My only complaint about the suit was that the top of the suit around the chest and shoulders doesn't velcro together so when I leaned forward to drink or adjust the settings it became loose and I lost the front contact of the suit. After my session was over, I got out and could see how sweaty I was, the white suit was clinging to me but it wasn't too the point of my dripping sweat or anything. I cleaned up with the provided warm towels and deodorant towelette and redressed. My thoughts on the wrap: I've read the literature on how it can increase your metabolism and induce fat and toxin loss via sweat but I don't see how this would promote significant weight loss unless you do it very often and at the price it's listed as $109 I don't see that as very practical. It has other benefits too such as: pain relief, massaging benefit, detoxification and other things. I would caution people who have medical problems such as: hypertension, diabetes, or overall circulatory problems in using this wrap because of the heat it produces. I honestly feel as though working out or sitting in a sauna would be as beneficial but I guess for those who can't tolerate it or want to see how the other benefits this wrap provide it would be an alternative. I doubt I would do this again, but I would be interested in the other services they provide especially the massages. But they are REALLY expensive!
