We hired chilled bartending for our wedding and our experience was not the best. Unprofessional manner such as vaping or smoking while working on premises. Additionally parking in unauthorized areas and when asked to move it, it took multiple accounts for them to do so. Late to the venue to set up. Rude comments made about compensation or a tip for them. (We already paid in full) Such as "if the bride and groom have something to give us they better provide it at this time". I'm not sure if there was a lack of communication or what but a bit disappointed with the manners that occurred during our event. Up until this point there hadn't been any problems besides not being provided a shopping list which was fine just confused what happened. read more
