He was swift at replying to all my questions and provided a pretty accurate shopping list for us. Last minute, like week before wedding last minute, we had reached out to add the photo booth to our package as our previous vendor had dropped out - and he had responded instantly and got everything set up. Multiple phone calls and messages unreturned. When I finally reach someone I ask for Chris. I'm told he's not around and they ask who is calling. I say who I am and suddenly unavailable Chris is the guy who answered the phone. Sketchy. We set a time to chat later in the day. Surprise no call back. Sent emails and no response. I've seen his work before so I was shocked when I read reviews that were so negative, but now as a consumer I'm realizing how awful his communication and customer service is. If I can't trust you to return a call how can I trust you to bartend for a large party? They may be great, but that's a big if. I'm not comfortable working with someone who I can't even get on the phone or via email. Putting clients at ease and giving them a level of service and assurance you're up for the job goes a long way. Being unresponsive and unreachable speaks more volumes than that. read more

I booked Chris for my wedding a couple years ago and honestly the worst decision I've ever made on my wedding plans. He does not reply which made me feel so nervous as I already put a deposit down. Keep in mind that this was on my wedding day which is one of my most important day of my life. Chris decides to show up one hour late and tells me one of his bartenders called out sick. I had a wedding for 150 people and now I only have one bartender. I also paid extra for a second bartender and Chris said he will refund me as there was only one bartender. After many many many calls and emails. No answers! No refund! A bit of my wedding ruined by Chris. This still haunts me and I'm finally able to write this review and let this be a warning to you! My husband and I got married five months ago and I can't tell you how many people (drinkers and non drinkers) told me how great our bartenders were and how yummy the cocktails were. We had a whiskey lemonade, which I was a little skeptical because I figured clear liquor went with lemonade better but I trusted Chris and it was an absolute hit!!! We know a lot of wine drinkers and we had a lot of extra wine but completely ran out of whiskey by the end of the night. Chris was easy to work with during a stressful season of planning. I had a quick turnaround time to find a bartender, so I called around to see if businesses were available for a Christmas party. I think it was Chris who said he was definitely available and would love to take the job. He requested that I fill out the online form, so I did and waited two days, hearing nothing from him. I finally called again and let him know I filled out the form and really needed to know if he could do it or not, he said he definitely could and he would send me info that day, he had just been busy. Had to find a bartender for a school fundraiser. Booked him for April 6, 2019. Paid a $399.99 deposit which we would get back when we met the minimum, which Chris said he was going to send us back our deposit a long with a donation. It's now Aug 7th and after multiple attempts to resolve this, it has lead me to leave a bad review. Book at your own risk. It's sad that they would do this to a school. He's not from the area either. I hired Chris for my wedding 3/30/2018. I spoke with him about setting up earlier for the event which started at 3:45, he said no problem I will be there. I also asked to have a mini bar set up outside where the appetizers would be served and he assured me there would be no problem and that he would take care of it. Two weeks prior I emailed and called for a grocery list that they are supposed to provide. It took a while for the response but eventually the list came through. When I spoke to Chris on the phone prior to the wedding I explained that I did not want people to get intoxicated and to make sure that no one was served alcohol if they seem to have had too much to drink, he also assured that was not a problem. The day of the wedding, it was about 2:30pm and he was not on site to chill the beers, wine, etc. or setting up yet. I called and no answer, I had to call a few times and finally he said he would be there in 15/20 minutes. He showed up at about 3:05pm. Everything was fine to my knowledge my bridesmaids said he was setting up quickly. Come to find out there was never a small bar set up outside with the appetizers, just the main one inside. I would say that was due to lack of set up time and he must have simply forgotten at that point. During the wedding I asked how the bartender was and everyone said he was great and was moving quickly so I thought I did not have anything to worry about. By the end of the night I was told that Chris was intoxicated and making inappropriate comments to not only the bridal party but also some of the vendors and their staff. While I know that bartenders do get offered shot and do take a couple, I would expect a professional to know when to cut it off or spit it into a beer bottle. He was more intoxicated that most of my guest. I asked my dad to go speak with him and ask him to leave, which he did. However Chris would not leave, so I then asked my brother to go remove all of the alcohol from behind the bar and when he did Chris said, "whoa whoa whoa, what are you doing?" I then went over and went off on him. He was highly disrespectful and I then told him about how he was unprofessional and inappropriate with my guests on top of being late. He was so intoxicated he began to argue back and told me I only paid for 3 hours of his services... hhmmmm the email with my shopping list clearly says 3:45pm-8:45pm, anyone who can do math will tell you that that is more than 3 hours. He was recommended to me and I have already contacted that vendor to tell them about the experience and I would never recommend him to anyone ever! As a bartender, you should know how to carry yourself and he absolutely did not do that. I am highly upset that he was so unprofessional and did I mention that using his shopping list we ran out of vodka in less than 2 hours of the party?? Oh yes, it happened and that it very embarrassing to run out of something so soon into the party. read more

We hired Chris as recommended through a mutual friend for our bartending services as we as our Photo Booth for my husband's and my wedding. He was definitely a great choice for both, however there were some difficulties during the transition from cocktail hour to reception. It took a long time to get the bar set up since he was busy setting up the Photo Booth at the same time. Unfortunately, it was during dinner when most people didn't have a drink. One of my guests yelled at him, regrettably, but he handled it like a pro. He had a young woman there helping her, but I'm not sure what her role was since she didn't do much until the bar was finished. However, we got a great deal so I really can't complain too much. He was a great bartender, the drinks were delicious, and everyone seemed to having a good time, and that's what matters. Chris, thank you again for your patience and handwork. read more

I scheduled and paid for a certified bartender in July for our NYE party. I wanted to ensure we would have a bartender guaranteed for our specified date, as I know NYE is busy. I maintained communication over the months in between just to make sure we were still on schedule. An hour before our scheduled start time, he texts me for the address!! At that point someone was supposed to already be at our house preparing for our party start time! Needless to say the person - Schuyler (who was scheduled by the owner Chris) never showed up, he instead sends a construction worker an hour and 30 minutes late who admitted he has never made a drink in his life! He was NOT certified & NOT licensed! Instead myself & one of my guests has to make the drinks. I've been told by Chris that he would take care of me and make this more than fair...which I responded I want a refund. He has yet to respond to my requests for a refund via texts & email. I have contacted the BBB as well. Beware if you have an important event contact another company. read more

Last minute, our governing organization told us volunteers could not pour and we would have to hire professionals. With less than a week's notice, Chris was able to staff our event. Experience started off great! Booked Chris within 24 hours of inquiring. But then once I paid the final amount a month before my wedding, I didn't hear from him for three weeks. Then had a horrible time getting a hold of him the week before my wedding. Honestly I wasn't sure if he was going to show up & he certainly didn't treat me like a valued customer. We got the photo booth + bartender package for our wedding since it was a good deal compared to other vendors. Communication was a bit tough in the months preceding our event, and we often had to follow up by phone to get a response for drink lists, photo booth backdrops, etc. On the day of, we were at the ceremony when they arrived so didn't see them set up, but what we did see was that they left about 1 hour before their scheduled departure time. This was disappointing because we and a lot of our guests were waiting until after dinner to go get our photos taken, but by that time the bartender and photo booth people had both packed up. I notified Chris about that afterwards and he said that he had to deal with a family emergency and had to send other staff, and that we would be refunded for the hour since they left early. However, a month has passed and we have still not heard back. The photos that our guests did get a chance to take looked good, and I guess the bartender was fine (we got mostly non-alcoholic cocktails since it was a beer/wine venue). But we are still frustrated that we and our guests lost the opportunity to take photo booth pics (something we had been really looking forward to) at our once-in-a-lifetime event. Even if they only wanted to stay 4 hours, or had to leave at 9:30 for some reason, they should have told us in advance so we would know to at least notify our guests to go get their photos taken. Overall, price was decent, but service was lacking and missing out on the photo booth was one of the few disappointments of our wedding. read more
