Purchased an office chair(herman miller aeron chair) from Fernando(the owner of the store) and he insisted that the chair was working properly and it was a fully adjustable for $400 cash. I requested a return because the arm rests had SCRATCHES on them and the chair was over 10+ years old. I, then, request for a return and he only gives me back $350. Also, when I met with him to do the return, he gives me a teared up $100 with writing on it that I almost could not deposit. This is a terrible store. I am moving this week and was in the market for a King Mattress. I wanted to invest in a quality one but wasn't sure what I wanted. So, I went to discount mattress and laid on a lot of beds and finally got my heart set on the Sealy Hybrid, Silver Chill Plush. However, it retails at $2,700. They sometimes get mattresses in from their outlets and can offer discounted rates but they didn't have any in stock. This led me to look on offer up!
