On top of that, while up on the roof, they took the liberty of unplugging my gutters in a couple places - something that I had been trying to get someone out here to deal with, and they just did it because they saw the clogged up area (that is also their second business - gutters and windows). And to boot, when I told him I wanted to put up a garland around the front door, he provided the lights, which I wrapped around the garland, and then he hung up the garland for me. My house looks beautiful, and it was done quickly, professionally, by incredibly pleasant professionals for a very reasonable price. We had a few concerns we mentioned before we signed the contract. One was timing and the second was smoking. We said we would like them to stick to the schedule and they did. Dave said it would take them 7 days for the exterior and 5 days for the interior. To make sure this happened he sent a crew of 5 (non-Smokers) painters who were both professional and courteous. There were no hidden costs or extra's. They asked for our approval before doing any extra's and charging us. We had 3 companies quote on the job and although Master Painters quote was the highest, we feel we made a good decision based on the performance of his company and employees.
