I expressed what happened and to my surprise heard chuckles but no apology. There were also some responses about being too busy with drive thru in order to clean up the mess. Mind you there were at least 6 employees present. I then lamented on the fact that there was no sense of urgency to clean the mess or at least post a wet floor sign. I even had to warn another customer about the mess as she was approaching it without noticing. I was even asked whether or not I wanted my product made or the floor cleaned. Absolutely disrespectful staff present here!

The employee handed me the ice cream in a bowl that had melting ice cream running down the sides and intentionally did not wipe or attempt to clean it up. It was a mess. I usually don't write bad reviews, but this location is highly unprofessional and distasteful. I should've asked for a refund, but decided to give the employee the benefit of the doubt.
