I walked into this location with my son excited to grab some ice cream today. However, the experience quickly changed when I almost slipped and almost fell when I stepped into Luke warm ice cream that appeared to have been on the ground for some time. I expressed what happened and to my surprise heard chuckles but no apology. There were also some responses about being too busy with drive thru in order to clean up the mess. Mind you there were at least 6 employees present. I then lamented on the fact that there was no sense of urgency to clean the mess or at least post a wet floor sign. I even had to warn another customer about the mess as she was approaching it without noticing. I was even asked whether or not I wanted my product made or the floor cleaned. I ordered a banana split and they literally left the toppings off. When I went back up the young girl told me she put whipped cream, cherries and nuts on it. I told her yes but there isn't chocolate, strawberry or pineapple sauce on it. She informed me that doesn't go on a banana split. Do they get any training? Ice cream is yummy when they have it. Too many times they either run out of a flavor or cups or receipt. Employees could use more personality. I'm not asking for all-stars just simply basic friendlines, say hi, welcome. Don't seem bothered by my visit. The employees have completely inappropriate music playing in the background. Out of the 10-ish times I've been to this location, only one of those times were they polite, helpful, and actually had what I wanted. They NEVER have all of their flavors available - usually more than half being 'sold out'. On one occasion the employees informed me they only had water bottles to sell because they were out of everything else. This is very poor management and bad business. I hope to see them do better here because I have always enjoyed Baskin Robbins, but these bad experiences have deferred me from wanting to go back anytime soon... if at all. read more

The service at this location was good. Staff knew what they were doing and our ice cream order was done well. However the entire place could use a good cleaning. There were food bits all over the floor. The condition of the tables and chairs was not good. The entrance door closure mechanism was broken. Needs maintenance. read more

I went inside Baskin-Robbins last night to buy 3 prepackaged quarts, and a dip in a cup for my husband to share on the drive home. Jazzy waited on me at the counter, and smiled, was pleasant and friendly. Other staff were busy doing the cleaning and nightly chores. It was near closing time, and that was to be expected. The store was very clean. It is not lit well from the street. My one complaint is that the ice cream was rather runny, and not near frozen. I was so thankful I didn't order a cone! read more

The teenager working the window JUST gave me attitude while I ordered... then when I pulled around I wanted to add to my order so I waved at her and she looked at me but ignored me... I honked my horn and she made eye contact with me but ignored me again.... I honked again and we made eye contact a third time then she rolled her eyes and went back to scooping ice cream so I drove off....called the store and was told there was no management to speak to...and was told they dont give information out about their corporate office.... I will be back first thing in the morning to speak with management then. . I came in on a Monday around 2pm and the girl with braids took my order . She was friendly although she didn't have a name tag so I can't give her credit .. she was so fast with making me 3 shakes dry thick and sweet. and the new monster icecream. She also had gotten other customers their things while doing mine . There was another girl with glasses very slow and kept asking how to do things over and over . I would definitely recommend going here and I would come back, and I am going to ask for her every time ! Very nice staff read more

I went to this Baskin-Robbins on my way to school last night to take an online exam. I got a small chocolate shake. The staff seemed friendly even if young and preoccupied. My shake tasted more like very cold chocolate milk. But the worst part was what happened after I got home from my exam about 2 or 3 hours later. Fever, sore joints, diarrhea, projectile vomiting, headache etc. Yes, FOOD POISONING. I will NEVER return to this Baskin-Robbins. Clearly they are not following all of the safety and health codes. The ice cream tastes fine but there is not a friendly employee in the building any time we come here! They also slop your ice cream together so carefree that you pay for a single scoop but get everything so tiny like the children's scoop. They need better employees here and it would be 5 star. the inside is dirty & the cakes they have in the fridge have frost bite on them i know because I bought one, also my son and I grabbed some milkshakes one night and he 4yrs old managed to drink and find a piece of hair in his.
