So we were pleasantly surprised when we visited this time. The showroom is gorgeous, and the staff immediately helped us. We were installing a 8" x 9 foot drink rail for a game room, so we were on a budget. They worked with us to find a remnant in the color we wanted. They helped us choose our options for edge and corners, and set up a time for on-site measurement. It was just before Christmas, so we chose to defer installation until after the holiday. When they measured, they were right on time, and used high tech laser equipment to measure and draw the space. They discussed the support requirements to me, and they were gone in less than a half hour. They returned with the granite about week later, and installed the slab professionally and neatly. Cleaned the ashes out of the fireplace and left the glass looking like the attached photo. I reached out to the company. The person who responded to my emails was responsive and nice. Offered to send the tech out again but I said it wasn't necessary. I can clean the glass myself. She said she asked the tech to call but he never did. Said she forwarded to the owners but they failed to respond too. After 40 years in local business, I was surprised by the level of service.
