And the owner said "what do you mean you want your heater work properly". Seriously in Montana in January and you refuse service to an veteran who lost a leg for this country. And payed you immediately upon completion of work. The owner also said all service companies have bad reviews like his because of customers like me or are to demanding. They were able to get the job started earlier than originally scheduled which was nice since we did not have a functioning heater. They also loaned us some small electric heaters in the interim which was very helpful. His crew was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable (one with 10yrs, the other with 25yrs of experience, all with Denning SM). The job took 2.5 days including setting up a wi-fi thermostat. Curtis followed up the next day to set-up the wi-fi and verify that we were satisfied with the work. The Lennox system works great, it's very quiet and efficient and the wi-fi thermostat allows us to control the HVAC from our cell phones which is very cool. One HUGE advantage of CENTRAL is that they are licensed and experienced in FOUR trades: Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing. As HVAC work often entails two or more of these areas, they can control both scheduling and quality of the work. For the electrical part, Connor was a true "artist" with the design and installation of a long run of wire in conduit. Made it almost invisible. Matt and Justin did an equally amazing job with the installation of two mini-split systems. Not only do they work perfectly, but they ensured the units were mounted in a way that gave both good performance and did not detract from the decor of the home.
