I have a brand new, weeks old, air conditioner that was installed incorrectly as far as filling with refrigerant and making all the adjustments of pressure and whatnot. The tech got here at 8: 45 and he was here until 11:00 a.m.. Turns out the AC was way overcharged with refrigerant. The air filter hadn't been changed in sometime, The tech couldn't figure out why we weren't getting enough airflow out of the vents in the house. Completely blocked air filter was the issue. I have an inherent distrust of car salesman, car repair shops, electricians, and AC guys. After watching the tech work for 5 minutes I knew I'd made the right choice in calling AireServ. This company is a franchise, all AirServe locations are franchises that are locally owned and operated. Part of the reason I chose them was because they are local Even though they have that nationally recognized name. I couldn't be happier. Thermostat is set to 72, the thermometer says 72. Our septic system has had a history of backing up, and I wrote a bad review of In-Sink couple…read moremonths ago, when after having In-SINK to my house to replace a septic sump, the problem continued for 9 months without any culpability or accountability from Charlie. But, eventually, he came out and addressed the issue. I'm extending some forgiveness and grace to the situation for two reasons: One, plumbers are in tough demand in the Flathead. Lots of work, not enough of them to go around especially in winter when many plumbing issues tend to happen and it was really hard trying to get ahold of him and have him return to address the issue. And two, this particular system is poorly designed. In witnessing the troubleshooting, it's clear the solution might be a redesign, which Charlie has offered to do if moving forward, his latest efforts of cistern-cleaning/pumping/roto-rooting doesn't fix it this time. SO, Charlie, thanks for putting in the time. Hopefully we won't need to call you back out here.

About 18 months into the project I had to fire the builder but decided to keep Troy and his guys on the finish what they had started. Big mistake. I got a huge 'final bill' long after they were done, all (hot AND cold) water to the house was softened though I have delightfully delicious well water (no one ever talked to me about my preferences), they claimed they 'couldn't' install my claw foot tub and left me with completely inappropriate industrial stubs sticking up from the floor to work with, completely forgot a spigot line that needed to be plumbed under the house, the list goes on and when I tried to talk to Troy about the problems during a phone call he was loud and rude and nobody I ever wanted to do business with again. I was left to finish/fix the remaining issues to the tune of $3700+. He forgave $900 of his bill. What a generous guy. Never again.

This is insane. Jonathan was our plumber and spent 2 hours on the property total. He replaced a single plastic PVC pipe that had cracked in our house... nothing mechanical. When we asked for itemized receipts to understand how he got to this astronomical price and the parts Jonathan was unresponsive after multiple days. At this time I think they are significantly overcharging and I would not use them again.
