Nothing was done correctly. The installation team had trash blowing everywhere including my neighbors' yards. Moreover, there were numerous shingles that were damaged when they were installed and later replaced during follow-up visits. There were so many issues, I questioned going ahead with the gutters and downspouts but was assured the metal team was great. I decided to give DePalma the benefit of the doubt but was let down again because the gutters leaked from day one and the downspouts were installed with the outlets inches from the foundation. I lost track of how many visits DePalma made to "look at" and fix things but I have at least 14 emails back and forth to Amber along with pictures of problems I encountered. Each time someone came to the house, there were nails or screws left in the driveway or on the street. I will say that DePalma was extremely responsive to my emails and requests for follow-up but I don't think the issues I had would have occurred if the teams were professional and conscientious in the work they did. I grimace every time I see one of DePalma's signs saying they're the most trusted roofing company in central PA because I would never recommend them. At the conclusion of this escapade - which lasted from 2023 into 2024 - I received a $500 discount from the total project estimate. I appreciated that but money wasn't the issue. I wanted peace of mind by purchasing a new roof and gutters and got aggravation and uncertainty instead.

Jason & his team handled every issue they came across with professionalism and kept me fully informed of all issues. They even found an issue from a previous roofing job and fixed it! I also had a gutter issue that caused massive flooding at the foundation every time it rained. Jason & his crew fixed it and I no longer have flooding! I can't recommend Teflon Roofing enough. They by far are the best of the best and do a phenomenal job. You will get guidance on the best color & material for your roof. I didn't have a single piece of metal, trash, or hardware to pick up either! No punctured car tires here! Indeed, they worked diligently and cleaned up each time they visited. The first round of work, both of them came; the second and third times, just Onya came to and she was super friendly and worked quietly while I worked in the office. I didn't paint the repairs immediately because of a lack of time, but once I did, I was disappointed with how the work turned out. I contacted Yevhenii again and sent him pictures. Communication was great and he came out to look and offered to either refund the money paid and for someone else to do the work or he (and his wife) would try again. I allowed them to come back and Onya worked for hours to redo most of the work. Again, carefully, quietly, and working with my schedule. Yevhenii came to check on things and also wanted to do some of the painting to see how the repairs looked. One area in one of the bathrooms looks pretty good but the kitchen and the other bathroom looks terrible, as evidenced by the pictures. I recontacted Yevhenii and he offered a $200 refund which I accepted. There was the original price of the job and, in consideration of the friendliness that the couple offered and the six visits they made, I felt was worth a $100 tip. In the end, I had drywall dust to clean up throughout the condo on multiple days and the results look amateurish. I'm still not sure why this is so hard to do and do reasonably well. I'm not looking for taj mahal-lile work but the pictures, I think, speak for themselves. I'm sure Yevhenii does great work, as evidenced by other positive reviews and pictures, but this project was a fail.

He came by to do an assessment, gave me a good best guess on how long it'd take, and set up a time to come back. I checked in with my wife to see how he was doing since I was at work, and she was very impressed by how much attention he was paying to little details and how diligent he was at getting things done quickly, but making sure they were done right. He's also a great guy with a great, friendly manner. Struggles a little with some more complicated or oddball English words and phrases, but his English was still very good and we had no trouble talking to each other. Great service, and he's our new go-to handyman.

Quoted a roof replacement in January before our solar panels are installed. Owner bid the job and…read moreafter 5 other bids for the same product and warranty he was the lowest by about 10 % so we signed the contract. We were the first roof of the season and were very pleased with the crew that came. They removed two layers of shingles, and installed a quality Owen Corning system including the ridge vents and clean up work all the same day. When they left you could not even tell they were here except for a few marks where the ground was soft which no one could of avoided. They have the greatest lady on clean up that removed every last little piece of debris. Another really impressive way they do business was they did not even require any deposit! I found this very unusual on a construction project not to at least require something for the material purchase, but payment at once in full after satisfaction seems to be their forte. I have worked part of my life in machine shops, doing quality control with tolerances in the microns and also have built 4 homes myself with the exception of HVAC and masonry. I would of done this roof myself but my knees and age did not let me. Really am glad I found R E Kuba and I have already left several other friends know who to go for when they need a job done.
