Our house was built in 2001 and over all of these years it seem as thou the house is gradually being rebuilt because of having to redo half done work. For example snow was getting into the fire place, secodary to the wrong cap on the outside however, when the fire place insert was remove the cavity had not been dry wall and there was just insulation and wire s hanging. The bathroom vent was never vented to the outside and the vent was just tucked under insulation. When the vent was on for at least 10mi it set off the carbon monoxide sensors off. Every time we have work done of any kind the question is the same was the builder who provided no supervision to his subs and they got away with half doing things.

They are meticulous with detail and were able to handle all the emotions that come with building a home. Tony was involved throughout every step and was there to support us and answer all our questions. They have a wonderful team. Everyone was friendly - from the person who answered the phones - to the contractors working inside our home. The company is very ethical - they will do whatever they can. This was a very big, important part of our decision to have Bonton design and build our home, and they surpassed our expectations. And, more importantly, very little information concerning chimney condition and integrity of interior lining. Received proposal to Replace chimney Crown, Flashing, power wash and seal bricks. Estimated at a little over $4,000. The Technician that came to my home was polite and professional. I did watch as they worked -- cleaning fireplace, did not see them inspect interior of Chimney. Technician also showed me random photos from internet of Chimney stack (above roof) tops to explain issues with "crown" but did not show me pictures of my chimney. Then he went to truck and returned with tablet (ipad?) to have me sign and pay inspection bill. Said I would receive inspection report and a proposal for recommended work via e-mail. Did receive them. No contemplating recommendation -- proposed work.

The work was still not complete by October and I was then contacted by Anderson's that they needed me to pay for parts up front. Again they were supposed to get back to me in August. I paid their advance bill in October only because I prompted the discussion and waited. On November 7th they came to repair the wood stove but broke the stove door's plate glass and took it to the shop for repair. They promised to return November 14th to install the repaired door. No one showed. When I called the office they blamed the technician. I then talked to the technician. He told me the replacement glass arrived broken and that it would have to be reordered. He said the admin staff should have called to inform me of the new delay. Then I talked to the office manager who said they would have to follow-up with ordering more glass since they hadn't yet done that! In summary, a job that was promised to be completed in August 2024 is still not complete as of November 16, 2024 and the company took my money up front. Mr Anderson, you really need to train your staff concerning ownership of issues! Potential customers, steer clear of this company!

Quoted a roof replacement in January before our solar panels are installed. Owner bid the job and…read moreafter 5 other bids for the same product and warranty he was the lowest by about 10 % so we signed the contract. We were the first roof of the season and were very pleased with the crew that came. They removed two layers of shingles, and installed a quality Owen Corning system including the ridge vents and clean up work all the same day. When they left you could not even tell they were here except for a few marks where the ground was soft which no one could of avoided. They have the greatest lady on clean up that removed every last little piece of debris. Another really impressive way they do business was they did not even require any deposit! I found this very unusual on a construction project not to at least require something for the material purchase, but payment at once in full after satisfaction seems to be their forte. I have worked part of my life in machine shops, doing quality control with tolerances in the microns and also have built 4 homes myself with the exception of HVAC and masonry. I would of done this roof myself but my knees and age did not let me. Really am glad I found R E Kuba and I have already left several other friends know who to go for when they need a job done.
