Told me I need a pilot all brand new that cost over $2000.00 -- he charged me $99 to come in!! as he had left, I I was telling my daughter what had happen, she read the directions and my pilot light is on.. horrible company not sure who they have brought out and I'm still waiting for my $99 that they did not send me or credit my account. I will not use them very unprofessional and the guy never took his shoes off or even put some footies!! if I do not hear from them, I would definitely be kind the Better Business Bureau..
