It is a very busy Christmas Day. The food was okay. Some of the vegetables in my husband's teriyaki chicken were cold and his rice is soggy. Our meals came out separately. The staff worked hard and as fast as possible. They pleasantly let customers know how long it would be before their meal would be ready. The restaurant is clean. It could use an inside paint job. I'm not sure what happened. I've eaten here for many years. It's always been delicious. The lady that's always been there seems to be gone with new employees. I ordered shrimp in lobster sauce. Looked nothing like the photo online. They must have been out of lobster sauce because there wasn't any. The shrimp was swimming in a water and corn starch mixture that they had to put in a soup container. This was supposed to be an entree not a soup. It was unbelievably bland. So basically I had 6 boiled shrimp. My husband had his usual happy family and the vegetables were cut extremely large, and it was bland as well. The only thing good was the steamed dumplings. Don't let the unassuming building dissuade you. This place serves up tasty food in less time than it will take you to drive there. My husband and I got chicken lo mein and king psi chicken. The noodles were thick and delicious, there was plenty of chicken and the veggies were crisp and flavorful. This is what was left after two people ate their fill. read more

This is a true HIDDEN GEM! China and Hibachi was sold to new owners last year and the food is AMAZING! The beef with broccoli is my favorite. I also like their bourbon chicken, which NO other Chinese restaurants in the area have. This place is family owned and they take pride in the place. My husband is a vegetarian and there are many options for him on their menu. There is a wait if you just show up but if you call ahead you can pick up your order in the drive -thru without even getting out of the car. 100% Authentic CHINESE, Relaxing Atmosphere, Romantic. Don't expect long lines, the previous owners had bad reputations. They didn't even cook, they semi warmed over food and served it. They were there for a couple of years and finally went out of business. Most people in the area think it is the same people, but it is not. I ate there when it was named HOUSE OF ASIAN. I quit after 3 times. When I seen it was named China & Hibachi I went in and gave it a try FLAWLESS!!!!!!!! I use to work in a Chinese restaurant, and the people taught me exactly how to make Chinese. How did they know how to make it? They were from CHINA, Duh. What I really like about the new restaurant is they pile it on. "Sometimes I can't eat it all. And since the previous owners ruined the location, I often see couples in it. It is clean and quaint. A very nice place for romantic moments. Things are slowly picking up, I do see a lot of people going through the Drive Thru. There you will have to wait a long time to get served as they cook it only after you order. The ONLY thing I dont like about it is if you get soft drinks. They don't have fountain beverages, only bottles, and you pay for each one, and no free refills. But the dinner makes up for it. Plus they have a complete list of Japanese dishes as well. It is located on main street, and the best time to go is around 5pm The place has the usual Chinese dishes and many I have not heard of. All cooked perfectly. read more
