DISCLAIMER: I am not a golf fanatic. You know how some people go to parties "for the food"? Well, I…read moreplay golf for the beer and for the cigars. And also because my boyfriend is an avid and MAD-talented golfer. So what you are going to read here is a non-golfer's review of a golf course. You could walk the course, but how fun is that? Accommodations? There is an adjacent campground, where you can hook up your RV (for a couple bucks a day) or set up a tent. There are also state and county parks in the surrounding area. The nearest hotel is in Fossil, about 20 minutes away. Fun? You betcha. Laid-back and affordable, Kinzua is a great weekend escape. We'll be back... soon!
