Two of the places I called never returned my request for a quote, one place only had time to book us at 9 pm on a Wednesday for one hour, and one place was much smaller than the Grange for about twice the price. The Grange met all of our requirements for our event. Tara was amazing to work with: super helpful, answered all questions quickly and professionally and made the planning for our event as stress-free as possible. I would definitely book with Tara and the Grange again if I was ever in need of a large space for an event.

If you don't mind the look, then the price is right. The staff works with you and helps you decorate the inside with any color combinations and you can have as many tables and chairs as you need. There are different size space and I have only been to the bigger room where I had my wedding reception and been to a quincenera. There is a stage for the bands and musicians. The owner provides security and they are there throughout the whole event to make sure nothing goes wrong and that the bathroom always has toilet paper and clears out the garbage for you. By the end of the party you don't have to worry about cleaning up either because they have you covered.

They interfered with my vendors, destroyed our decor at the start of the reception, removed our chair sashes at the start of the reception, threw away the wedding cake before anybody got to eat it, breeched our contract in several areas leaving us to have to hire our own staff, were aggressive and rude the entire time leaving several of us in tears throughout the event. Our contracted time to end was 11:59pm, they made our guests believe the wedding was over at 8pm and about half of our guests left. We were forced to pack our things and leave before 11:00pm on July 4,2022. The venue also jumped behind the bar while the bartender had stepped away and started serving drinks to our guests! Creating a huge liability for our bartender. The man who runs this venue so horrific his own staff is willing to write statements on our behalf. The amount of time, money, and work we put into our daughters wedding was completely destroyed. The most special day of her life, we can't do over, was ruined by the people who run this venue. I went to view the African American experience with the Hanford work site and beyond. In the 40s through the 60s east Pasco became a vibrant town filled with homes and businesses in spite of the racism that redlined housing and business opportunities for people of color. I found the exhibit enlightening and engaging. I loved the small collection of photos, especially the one of the baseball players. I'm looking forward to seeing the map recreation that will pinpoint the locations of houses and businesses during this time and before leveling of them in the name of "urban revitalization". I am 80 years old and the more I know about our history the more I have come to understand that we have never been a kind and generous culture to most people. We can be shortly after a tragedy strikes but then our fears of "other" takes hold of us and we regress: Sadly so. I will return to this lovely, warm and welcoming place.

Holley and her amazing staff helped us dream the dream and we came up with a plan to host the event outside in front of Events at Sunset. It all worked out so well . We remembered 62 beautiful babies and were able to be "together apart". This venue has such a serene peaceful setting where everyone felt safe and welcome. I am appalled at the treatment I have received after explaining the financial situation with my…read morelate fathers estate!! My fathers service was held July 3rd, 2018 after he'd passed away June 24th. In September I received a call about our balance owing. At that time I explained that my fathers funds were frozen and I was waiting on some papers to release the funds. I gave them the information to contact the manager at Hapo Credit Union to confirm this information. Obviously if I was avoiding payment I wouldn't have even bothered trying to explain things!! Even after speaking with the Hapo manager, Einan's sent me to collections. Of course I'm irate as it's barely been 3 months!! I call to speak with someone in AR, which happened to be the same woman I'd spoke with in September. She very rudely told me she had no choice but to send me to collection. I too work in AR and know this is not true! She proceeded to tell me it's been over 6 months delinquent. I countered with the date he passed...again, barely 3 months! When I asked to speak to her superior, she told me she Holly would be in the following day in the morning. I called the following day (a Friday) and was told she was out. I left her a voicemail asking for a return call. Today, Monday, I have yet to hear back! The worst part...the balance owing is a little over $1800. It isn't even for the full amount of services. (My father had most of it prepaid) I've never encountered such a greedy, impatient, rude and down right cold business in my life!! I understand completely the need to collect payments in a timely manner, but in some cases there is a need for a bit more time. If I hadn't communicated with them about what was going on, I'd also understand, but the ONE time I was called, I immediately responded with all the information explaining the situation. Not just because of the beautiful venue itself but because of the outstanding and dedicated work that Sandrine and Lisette along with their families do. They are truly amazing wedding coordinators who will go above and beyond for you on your day. On your special day they will absorb all of the stress for you and make sure that your day runs flawlessly. I cannot thank them enough for the work they did for us, so many of our guests have told us that we had the best wedding they'd ever been to and guess what? Other than picking the vendors I pretty much didn't do anything lol I sat down with sandrine and lisette to make the timeline and they took care of the rest ensuring that each part of our day went according to plan. We arrived on Thursday morning around 10am, and the room was ready to go! They told us the rules, the pool information, and the breakfast schedule, gave us 2 keys and off we go! We opted out of the room service, but they ALWAYS made sure we had enough towels. Which was amazing! The pool was a perfect temperature, and we had it all to ourselves for a little under an hour! Which was great! The breakfast, isn't anything to write home about, but it was filling and proportionate...The pancake make is a trip! lol! They had Darigold Chocolate milk! My favorite from when I was in elementary school! lol! Overall it was a great experience, and everything was awesome! Thank you Holiday Inn Express! You guys are amazing! 10 stars!
