This restaurant is doing an amazing job during quarantine with a great system to protect you and delicious food this is a must if you are craving Chinese food. After ordering we only had to wait for ~15 minutes before our order was done(and we ordered a lot of food because there was five of us). They were quick, safe, and nice. NEVER AGAIN! Husband ordered by phone for pickup. EXTREMELY hard to understand!! Didn't review the order or give an expected time to pick up or total or anything. I get there and the there's just a lady and man working. She sees me and won't come to the window. Tried to call and tell them I was there for a pickup. She doesn't answer the phone. So 6 other people come up to wait too. Finally the lady comes to the front and yells out orders that NO ONE can understand. I finally make my way up and our order is wrong. She shrugs and doesn't do anything about it. Fine, whatever. I go home because by this time we are starving and I've stood out in the cold for another 30 minutes waiting. This review is based on customer service since we didn't even get to try their food. We never tried this place before so we decided to place an order for delivery. When my husband called, the woman put him on hold several times so she can help other customers then told him she was going to call him back in 5 minutes because she was too busy. After 10 minutes passed my husband had to call her back. When we finally got our order through she said it would be 30 minutes. After 45 minutes passed my husband called back to see what was taking so long (we live about 2 miles away...) and the woman said that their driver is really slow and that he was on his way. We waited 15 more minutes and we still didn't receive our food. We called back and this time the woman put the driver on the phone and he said he already delivered our food. We didn't recieve anything. We then found out that the driver never received our order. They asked if we wanted to wait for them to cook our food but we decided to cancel our order and get our money back. This has never happened to us when ordering from other places. This is one of the worst chinese take out I have ever been to. I ordered mongolian beef combo to go. The food was packaged in what looks like air plane food container, BAD first impression. The container also looks like a kid's size meal, cost $7.00. I asked for a hot sauce oil to go, $1.00 extra/plastic container. I went home and ate it, the result is the food is way too salty, the put more onions than beef, actually there were only 4 slices of beef. Luke warm hot and sour soup. Not Good at all. I rarely dislike chinese food but this one is an exception. Don't wast your money here. read more

It may look desperately in need of redesign, but it is worth going in and having a try. They have a very large menu selection, and very friendly employees. My only complaint about this place, and it's a small one, is the heavy accents the employees have, but I believe it's a sign that they are determined to make customers satisfied. OK this type of restaurant is not exactly high cuisine and we usually reserve this type of food when we want something last minute and relatively inexpensive. We decided to give this place a try after our usual choice stopped accepting credit cards. I guess I will be paying cash at our previous Chinese restaurant because this food was bland, band, bland. We ordered one chicken fried rice, one vegetable fried rice, and one chicken with mixed vegetable combo and everything was almost tasteless. What can I tell you, this is the nearest Chinese place and the sesame chicken is great. The fried rice is unusual, its not what I usually expect, but it goes perfectly well with the chicken and even the pieces of Broccoli are good too. It comes in a metal tin which I actually appreciate, far better than styrofoam, an eggroll in its own separate paper pouch and a fortune cookie. Oh and sometimes I get fried dumplings, you do have to eat them fast or they get soft as they steam themselves in the container, but either way they are great as well. read more

Well it appears that since my original review in 2014 (1 star rating) they have worked out some of the kinks. However they still could tweak some items to make them even better. Placed order via telephone for pick up and was give the standard "10 minuets" for pick up. Upon arrival food was ready but I could not access it as the order taker was busy yelling on the landline phone and an iPhone simultaneously... I guess they figure if they yell at you, you will understand them better. Anyway ordered two pork egg rolls (#1), which were cooked nicely, no oil dripage and were tasty. Additionally we ordered a vegetable roll and spring roll (#1a), both of which were nicely done. We ordered the mixed vegetables (#46) and asked for them to be cooked with curry and spiced up. Miraculously they complied and the dish was very nice. Placed an order for a small pork fried rice (#17) which was ok but really could have used some more pork cubes in it... Finally ordered a hot & sour soup (#13) that was neither hot nor sour. In fact the soup fell short and was lacking considerably in tofu pieces... Although this experience was much better than our original one, I think it will be another year before we return. I'm surprised they have lasted this long. read more
