I'd highly recommend the pork w garlic sauce .. comes w rice & vegetables, and their hot & sour soup truly hits the spot. The spring rolls could be a normal 1.5" x 3" size and seemed small. Otherwise, All their food is wonderful. Simple Ambiance Adjustments needed:: I'd like to see " The Cheyenne Mall " open up again for this restaurant is in a great location for walkers and shoppers. The inside seating area could use a paint wallpaper carpet and overhead lighting makeover and some soft background music to attract inside dining. Why the dated big screen TV ? The fried chicken and chicken on a stick over cooked and stale. Wasabi was some food colored concoction,but NOT WASABI. Quality has been on decline for at least a year. They falsely advertised the price of the lunch buffet and times I reviewed on their website that lunch was considered between 11:00 and 3:30 at a rate of 799 a piece when a friend of mine and myself came here for lunch at 2:45 we were charged 10 25 each and then we asked for to go drinks received a 12 oz Styrofoam cup of a drink for $2.50 each and the cashier spoke to us very unprofessionally and when I asked her about the website information and prices she blamed it on the reviewers claimed that China House did not post their own website or pictures. The food here is consistent and good. They have a lot of customers so the food normally remains fresh on the buffet. Service is good. The servers are polite and attentive. I've never had anything smell funny or strange, I think some people forget this is Asian food and not fried chicken or pork chops and mashed potatoes. The restaurant is clean and the girls are disinfecting tables and common areas in a timely manner. As far as Chinese Restaurants go you won't be disappointed. read more

This is a new business, and as far as Chinese buffets go, it's a very good one. I've only eaten the lunch buffet and haven't tried the supper buffet. The meat items are better quality than what you get at most Chinese buffets, as in there not tough and chewy as most others are. The fried Dumplin's and Hot and Sour Soup are very good! The only thing is, it's very small not as many items to choose from. However, that's probably why it's so much better than most other Chinese buffets. FYI... they now offer sushi on the buffet and it's pretty good. If you compare the quality of this food to most others Chinese buffets, it's definitely a Five Star. read more

Birthday party of three. Second time. Impression of buffet warmth and freshness was very good. Rather pricey given the few entree selections. The addition of crab legs for dinner menu made the price more acceptable however. Two retired septuagenarians who worked and travelled abroad for decades, and have Asians in the family. Travelled to Shanghai, Hong Kong and Beijing as well as provincial places. I know the difference between Chinese and Chinese American preparation...and ironically prefer the latter. Basically , there is an emphasis on sweet in American style preparation. The chef is from PRC and the choices, all tasted, were sauced and spiced like in China. I live in Atwood, and looked forward to this opening when the other restaurant closed and reopened with Japanese cuisine. I still prefer Hibachi Grill in Jackson TN, because the sauces and spices are more to my CA tastes.
