There are more Buffets than you can count. We were a party of 3 and I think we hit at least 8 of them. All the food was hot and fresh. I really loved the Hibachi station. You can pick all of your ingredients . I choose beef, chicken, jalapenos, onions, mushrooms and fried rice. Piled it all up on a plate and handed it to the chef and he asked me what sauce. I chose Mongolian, and Hot Garlic sauces. I loved every bite. I also loved the Chicken Sweet and Sour the chicken was very tender and the sauce was hot and sweet. Our server was a very nice guy and attentive. He checked on us many times The restaurant was clean neat and looked inviting. We were greeted right away by the cashier and seated very quickly. My only critique on the negative side, is that a restaurant that puts as much quality into their food does not have Fresh Hot Oriental Mustard. They gave me two packets of the nasty stuff. This will keep me from returning as that is one of my must haves. For those that do not have my love of that hot mustard you will love this palace. read more

It was difficult to distinguish between the chicken and beef dishes, and anything deep-fried was clearly not fresh. The quality of the meats was subpar--either fatty or overly chewy. Most items on the buffet were barely warm, and I didn't feel confident enough to try anything from the cold section. On a positive note, the facility was clean, which I appreciated. I visited Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet one evening at about 7:30 pm. It was not crowded. I ordered "to go." I decided to look at the buffet to see if I would try it in the future. There were a lot of dishes at the buffet. But the buffet was such a mess. Food was on the floor and on the serving counters. I went back to my seat near the front door to wait for my order. I looked down at the floors. The floors didn't look like they had been mopped and cleaned in weeks. I could have understood the messy buffet if the restaurant was super busy, but it wasn't. Employees were sitting around talking. Someone should have been cleaning the messy buffet. As for the very dirty floors, there is no excuse. I should have checked the rest room while I waited, but I didn't think of it until later, after I had gone. If a restaurant is not keeping the dining area (the public area) clean, how is it keeping its kitchen? I always ask myself this question in dirty restaurants. As I drove home, I waited for the usual heavenly aroma of freshly cooked Asian food to embrace my sense of smell. It never came. That was the first clue regarding the food. When I got home to eat my noodle dish, it was over-salted and tasteless. I was so hopeful this would be a good restaurant to take my relatives when they come to visit. No way. My daughter and I decided to try this place out and I must say that I have NEVER seen so many options on a buffet! The area is nicely laid out and what's supposed to be cold is cold and what's supposed to be hot is hot. Usual selection of items but a HUGE variety of mussels, clans, shrimp, etc. Decent selection of sushi choices and they also have a make to order Hibachi station. We picked here today because it was closest to our destinations. As you enter there is a sign that says you will be charged for excess left on your plate. What counts as excess?? They dont give you a clue. The issue I see is most people dont leave excess if the food is good. Now you want to charge me if your food sucks?? This place use to be great.. Key words use to be. It seems the quality of their product has gone pretty low. The chicken is tough or rubbery. The beef is like chewing leather and there are a lot of filler dishes. I popped by the habachi area and. Found shrimp with poop on it. It was splotchy black and just horrid. We were there at 1pm on a Monday. I counted 6 tables being used. This place has a huge selection!!! The food was very flavorful, hot and fresh. The service was great- our server kept the excess (used) dishes from stacking up at our table and he kept our drinks full. The hibachi was superb! This is a HUGE chinese buffet. One of the biggest I've ever seen - offering a little of everything. It's a great place if you have a big appetite. As for the service, it's a buffet. But the drinks are refilled quickly, and extra plates removed promptly. Like any buffet, I think it could be a little cleaner, but maybe that's just the nature of buffets... Terrible experience. Will not ever be back. Do not waste your hard earned money here. Very rude, unprofessional. Act like they are the only game in town. Not respectful of the handicapped. Every single one of the workers looking at me every time they walked by. I ordered off the menu which they said they didn't have one. To go look at the buffet and tell them what I wanted. I didn't want the buffet because I have a hard time walking around with my cane and disabled leg and foot. Asked if they had a pu pu platter, she said yes. I ordered sesame chicken, because I know that is not on the buffet so it had to be made fresh. My husband got the buffet because he gets the crawfish and salt and pepper shrimp ! They brought me a tale out container with my meal. They brought 2 styrofoam containers which they said the pu pu platter was in. What? We said no, we want the platter the right way. I wanted my food on a plate. The manager came and took the food back. My food came back out on a plate. Was warm, edible. The pu pu platter came out on 2 plates. Onion rings? Cheese sticks? On a pu pu platter? I'm sorry, maybe being from Chicago where I would eat in Chinatown. Real authentic Chinese food. Not to mention that the food on the pu pu platter came from the buffet tables, and all was Cold! Needless to say I told the rude manager lady after she said it was my fault that the food was cold. I no longer wanted it. She was not happy! I am not happy. This place used to be one of my favorite quick fix restaurants to visit. Food was always good and had an excellent salad bar. BUT.... Went there with some family and friends on Mother's Day and had a completely different experience. The food for starters was horrible. Didn't even finish 1 plate. The sushi was rubbery and tough. I ate a couple pieces and pushed it away. What happened to the salad bar???? There was only lettuce, cheese, hard boiled egg, and dressing like every other cheap American Chinese buffet I've been to. And cheap this restaurant is not except for the quality of their food. A 2 person meal ticket with 2 drinks was $40!!!! And what's this newly added service fee on each meal ticket? If your charging a service fee then that must mean you don't need a tip then. Ok and if all this isn't bad enough, EVERYONE in my group got sick. We recent returned, and much to my delight, I loved my lunch! Huge buffet, extremely varied selection. We got so full on the Sushi (many to choose), baked mussel (not the greatest but truly appreciate the attempt) and FRESH (not frozen) perfectly fried catfish, we never tried any other dish. Again, too many to choose from. Which is a very good thing and we plan to return (soon!) As for the service, it's a buffet, so we do not really care. I will say this though, at 75% occupancy, on the day of our visit, our dirty dishes always got taken away within 3 minutes of being set aside. The ladies were friendly (and appeared to work harder then the males...shocking hun?) Me likes! One star has been deducted because they did not have "The Greatest Ice Cream in The World" (Black Walnut...a staple on most good oriental buffets). Puddin, Bubba, Junior and Mamaw were all here the night I came in with my friend for some dinner. Puddin needed her own booth seat since she took up a good portion of about 3 people. As far as the food was - I stayed close to the sushi bar. I was actually really content with some of their rolls and didn't really bother visiting any of the other many food stations. If I eat this sort of stuff; it will put me on my knees in the bathroom. I simply stirred clear. My friend canvassed the buffet, but all within moderation and knows her limits! She mentioned a lot of stuff seemed like it was out too long or overcooked. A lot of items she got she had to pick over because of this. Our server was super nice. I have zero complaints as far as that goes. Bubba and Mamaw beside us on the other hand got very upset that the server hadn't refilled their more than half full drink of coca cola or sweet tea. Bubba is known to be a complainer though.... most Bubbas at least. The buffet is $13 a person and they also offer a menu if you don't want to do the buffet. read more

The Hibachi Grill is a Chinese and Japanese buffet. It is large, too large in my pinion. The more selection a restaurant has, USUALLY, the quality of each item goes down. That is the case for Hibachi Grill. Nothing that I had was good, and I do mean nothing! There's no need to go into any great detail about any of the food, because it was all horrible. It was either too salty, too bland, or had a really strange taste. We called early to request a private location. They told us that was not a problem, but 10 minutes after we sat down, they sat a large family directly adjacent to us in a wide open empty restaurant. Other than that, the service was okay. The restaurant was very dingy. The whole thing look like you could use a pressure washing, & a scrub down with bleach. The bathroom was the worst. It reminded me of one of those gas station bathrooms that's not actually attached to the gas station, and the attendant never actually goes there. Me and my uncle came here one day last week. They had a sign up at the front. "You waste we charge" I thought that was not very welcoming as a consumer. We pay a pretty price to dine in here. So if we don't like something then it is going to be wasted. Anyway. I go to the buffet bar to get my usual chicken finger things and they weren't even done. I really like this place, Excellent sushi, always freshly prepared right in front of you. Hibachi grill has a good variety of items and you can get items from salad bar if you want to "modify" your selections. Good service, may get a bit stacked up during their very busy lunch-time, but you never really wait for anything. It is never a problem! The help is RUDE! The Help has too many "attitude problems" going on!!! They (Management) treat Senior Citizens poorly by only giving them a less than 80% discount on the check, everywhere else they give you 10%.
