I felt so poorly for this waitress. She was so kind and attentive to her customers, but Kathy treated her like a mule. I even heard Kathy tell the young lady to "use her head" after she made a simple mistake. A word of advice to the owner: cover the bald spot in the back of your head before telling someone else to use their head. And don't think you as a customer are safe. She very loudly told the waitress that she "didn't like black people hair" because it was "too messy." This woman absolutely uses and abuses her customers behind their backs and especially abuses her employees to their face. Do better.
