This is a good place for some good eats. It is a but off the beaten path. They advertise it is in Bay St. Louis. I am not too familiar with the area. When you map it out. It direct you to drive by Buccaneer State Park. You feel a bit confused when you drive through Waveland. But rest assured you are still in the Bay. It is a bit challenging when you take off highway 90 to a long local road. Even though you it may seem a trek. You have a great view of the coast! At the end of the road, you arrive to your destination. As you arrive. The parking garage is located on the right or you wish to valet. Just pull up to the front entrance. We parked on the ground floor of the garage. It was our first time there. They have plenty of parking spaces available especially handicap parking spaces . They have elevators available with easy access. The buffet is located on the second floor. As you take the elevator to the second level. As you walk in the restaurant is on the right side. It is a smoking casino. Do not be discouraged. It is a short walk away and the restaurant is non-smoking. As you walk in. The staff is so friendly. I was amazed how well the customer service is. We went during the lunch time. Not as much of a seafood selection. I heard the dinner time dining has an excellent seafood selection! They offer a military discount. They mention you have to sign up for it and they also provide many other great discounts and link your military service with your players card. The hostess asked if we prefer a table or booth to sit. We opted for a booth. The seating in the booth is very comfortable. She asked what we like to drink! Of course, started out with the sweet tea and Mr. Pibb (Dr. Pepper) They have a small selection. Please ask what they offer. They do offer alcohol beverages. Please ask what they provide. (Drink responsibly) They have table or booth seating. Recommend sitting in the booth if it is just you or someone else joining in on the fun. Otherwise, I recommend going for a table since you have multiple people with you. We opted for a booth. It is very comfortable. Almost like you are sitting in a couch. The restaurant is not very big but a great place. Plenty of room. They offer a wonderful selection. The salad bar is in the middle of restaurant. They offer a rotating selection and subject to change depending upon what day you go. The food is pretty good. The desserts are on the left side. They don't have fresh ice cream but ice cream machine tho. One thing that is unique about it. Only a few places I know offer fresh made funnel cake that are made to order. But they are the only casino that offers freshly made fried Oreos and churros at this time. Great food! Especially if you're in the area! I know it maybe a bit pricey but highly recommend planning your visit for dinner. Many people I have talked to, recommend it. In my opinion. Especially if you are seafood lover. They serve crabs everyday including lunch. Not a lot of casino do that anymore. Which is rare. $50 for dinner. They have good crabs. Snow crab and stone crab. They are fresh, the meats are not dry and the legs are not skinny unlike many other buffets. Other varieties of food like salad, seafoods, soup are great too. Soup is loaded. Chinese and Mexican items need some work but that's the only complaint I have. Mexican section just throw it away, it is not appealing at all. They have the saddest looking tamales. I think they should serve carnitas and rice instead Workers need a cart to help with clean up. NO MORE DUNGENESS CRAB! Buffet food tasted all the same. The steaks were tough and chewy. The fried chicken was tiny and dry. Most of the food was dry and overcooked. We were given free buffet awards for gambling at this casino. If you have a players card it really does not take much Slot play to be able to get the free buffet. I am usually only play craps so I had to force myself to play the machines to get my voucher. Buffets are usually not my thing since I really do not eat that much and my wife does not care for them either. Free is always a good thing so we decided to give it a try. We ate on a Thursday night and it was not very crowded. It took less than 10 minutes to get seated. The Dungeness Crabs were very good and also Hot. The Stone Crab was very average IMO. Everything was good. They had an enormous array of seafood. You will never go hungry also desserts, and any kind of ethnic food you can think of Italian Chinese southern Mexican everything right down the line. The only thing I can say is of the items that I chose they were lukewarm not one thing I took off that buffet was hot and it should've been. I did let them know that and they were very nice and comped me to another buffet, which I do appreciate was very generous of them. I would eat here again. Say what you will but I truly believe this is one of the best buffets I have been to in the Mississippi casino category. You will stand in line if you don't get here early so fair warning but it's so intense there is even security for the line so don't expect many people to skip you. First I'll start with the food options: for the options provided it was fair. The line was fairly cleaned and stocked each time I walked up. The fried chicken when I got it was fresh and crispy and the bbq options were not too shabby. It is of course not the main focus but it's decent enough to get you ready for all the seafood you are about to eat. They offered cold royal red shrimp which I am not a fan of being cold or royal reds so I skipped that. Each time I walked up they were putting up fresh Dungeness crab which my dad likes and he said they were boiled just right and tasted really good. The snow crab offered are kinda the skinny cheaper ones I believe but again they were being put out fresh constantly and they were seasoned just right and came out of the shell with no problem. Desert Bar- the funnel cakes are cooked fresh and come in small or large and are delicious. Please save room for one you will be glad you did. I was not expecting the buffet area to be so small. My group waited in line for about an hour on a Saturday night, pretty reasonable. The staff works very hard and communicates well to get tables cleaned and ready to go for the next person ASAP. I mainly ate Dungeness crabs which were seasoned well and tasted great. The napkins here fall apart in your hands, might want to bring your own. Drink refills were slower than I would have liked, I think they should use bigger cups. This buffet never disappoints. Best casino buffet on the gulf coast. There is a wide assortment of food, but I limit my intake of the regular food to have room for the seafood. I begin within some mashed potatoes and fried shrimp, and then pig out on Dungeness crabs and maybe some boiled shrimp. While the Dungeness crabs are my favorite, they also offer snow crabs. All of the crabs are always juicy and delicious. Now you can not leave the Jubilee Buffet without a funnel cake that is made right in front of you. It is topped with powdered sugar, but you can add an assortment of other sweet toppings. If you plan to visit, make sure you wear some extra stretchy pants because you will need room to breathe. Make sure you have a players card to get that price offer. They have a huge selection from Asian, Southern, Mexican Cuisines, Italian. They even have a made to order pasta station. The wait for that was fairly long just because its made to order. On the southern station, the main meat tend to change nightly. Last time I was there they had prime rib and for this visit they had brisket. Their salad bar and dessert bar has a nice variety also. Perhaps one of the better buffets on the coast in the past but sadly no more! The $50 price is rediculous for what is offered and the reality is that you would prob be more satisfied with Golden Corral. The only real plus on this buffet in recent days is the crab which now is only on weekend nights. The menu never changes and is the same thing day in day out even year after year. The mexican section seems rarely touched and just something to fill the slot, the Italian section is nothing more than a small pasta station, the asian section is basically low qualt frozen chicken nuggets slathered in sugar sauce, frozen egg rolls and an interesting looking attempt at fried rice! Other than that theres the crab, imported cold shrimp some frozen imported fried shrimp and a few bbq otems and frozen veg. The salad bar used to be good but has been ruined with not only store baught dressing but now has gone to packets of the terrible stuff and even the tarter and cocktail sauce is packaged! The funnell cake is by far your best bet for dessert and though good pretty pathetic for. $50 buffet. Wheres the creme brulee?? I also saw in the past they were using frozen Sara Lee pies. It's been a few months since our last visit and now the price went up to $50 a person plus tax. The Quality Of The Snow Crabs Went Down Drastically. The Snow Crabs Are Now Small And Flimsy. You Will Hurt Your Fingers Getting Little To No Meat Out Of Them. The Pasta Station Was Out Of Shrimp & Lobster. It Took About A 35 minute wait just to get a pasta. With Inly Two People In Front Me In Line. Only one worker Was at the station making pasta & Serving crabs. No one told us we had to grab our own plates now .. so everyone in line had to get out of line to grab plates. The buffet was Not Worth The Money Spent. The $20 box of Snow Crabs At Walmart Is Better Quality Then What's Being Sold. The Staff Stands Around & Look At You. We Didn't Know If They We're Still Serving Us Or If We Can Service Ourselves. The quality of the snow crab legs have gone down dramatically since the last time I visited. They're now the cheap flimsy ones that hold less flavor. Definitely not worth the money I paid.
