Cuando llegamos no nos querían dar la orden que habíamos pedido porque ya habíamos tocado la comida. Obvio ya la habíamos servido porque no nos dimos cuanta hasta después de servirla comida que era pollo. No fue hasta que un mesero que reconoció a mi papá como cliente frecuente que nos quisieron dar la orden correcta. Hasta nos cobraron extra por su error. Que tengan por seguro que nunca más volvemos a comer aquí. Han perdido un cliente más. Les recomiendo no venir aquí si así es como tratan a uno de sus clientes más frequentes.

Honestamente, llegué al punto de no saber si estaba comiendo pollo o algo más, porque las carnes estaban demasiado chiclosas y el arroz totalmente sin sabor. Pedimos un plato completo de un platillo y nos trajeron mitad arroz y mitad de lo que pedimos, sin avisar. El orange chicken no tenía sabor alguno. El arroz frito fue de lo peor: el pollo y el camarón parecían crudos y el arroz tenía como 2% de soya, completamente insípido. El servicio al cliente fue 0%, pésimo. No entiendo cómo este lugar tiene 4.5 estrellas. Pedimos varios platillos del menú y no los tenían disponibles. Para empeorar todo, como no pudimos terminar la comida porque estaba horrible, nos cobraron extra por CADA caja para llevarnos las sobras que ya habíamos pagado. O sea, si quieres llevarte tus propios sobrantes, tienes que pagar más por las cajas. Muy mala experiencia. No regreso y no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

She just kept screaming at me in Spanish and the other customers were embarrassed for me. Unfortunately I don't know Spanish fluently and couldn't make out what she was yelling at me. I had to run out to my husband who was parking our car crying. I had to stop him from going in there and confronting her. We ended up going next door and eating. Way nicer people next door.

It is huge and the popularity of it is undeniable. This place has such an extensive menu that I would be pretty confident that anyone can find an item that they are excited to try out. That is, unless they hate Chinese food... in which case I would strongly suggest you don't come in here. This is a buffet style restaurant, although you can also order stuff from the menu. I strongly recommend doing the buffet if you're here since you get to try out more of the fun stuff they cook. They have everything from spicy chicken, noodles, fried and white rice and also all sorts of soft and crispy noodles. But, by far, my favorite thing in here is the selection of seafood. Let me warn you though, you're gonna have to battle it out with big hungry Mexicans to get the good shrimp or the good crab dish. Come here with comfy shoes and stretchy pants. Let the battle begin !!
