Every Friday they get fresh veggies, curry leaves, Indian chilli and fresh chapattis/rotis. Friendly service and very helpful. Clean environment and well organized product shelves. It's super dark and doesn't present the safest environment after dark. Immediately upon walking into the store there was an odor that smelled like old meat. Though the odor was very present, the store was very clean and organized. As Wayfield is my go to for the "Pick 5" I proceeded to the back to see what the meat selection was like. To my dismay, it was minimal. Now, in all honesty, to the defense of the store; it was a Sunday and it was after 6 pm. Based on how the meat area looked I gather that today must have been a day of meat purchases. Nonetheless, I picked the best of the slim pickings and proceeded to checkout. Self Checkout was closed and there was only one cashier. Though he was very quick and efficient, there was still a wait. Overall, the store wasn't a bad experience. I hope they look into the odor as that isn't an inviting fragrance to walk into.

Every shelf was stocked and as always, the good scents were coming from the bakery. There were ample sales going on so this was def a walk every aisle type of trip. LoL. Upon arriving at the checkout, the cashier and bagger were super friendly. The cashier greeted us and rang up our items. She thanked us for visiting and ended the transaction with a big smile. The bagger took time to bag the groceries with care and ensure nothing was squashed. He was very pleasant as well and ended our time with a pleasant "have a great day!" Clean store. Stocked shelves. And, great cashier and bagger service = An absolute WIN! Area of Opportunity: Before getting in the car we realized a few of the items didn't ring up what the sale price presented them as. Not a problem, we headed inside and went to customer service. Upon arriving at customer service, there was one lady ahead of us, however, there was no one behind the service desk... a few moments later, one of the staffers at the front advised the rep would be back shortly. 4 minutes later, another person came behind us, now bringing the line to 3 people. The Customer Service Manager peeked out from behind the door and the front staffer advised her that the rep would be back shortly as she went to the restroom. At this moment, opposed to taking ownership of the line, the CS Manager says ok and goes back to the back. Being a paying customer I was disturbed by this for a few reasons, 1) the lack of service provided by a person in a leadership role, 2) the fact that there is no coverage for an employee to go to the bathroom, 3) the fact that upon finding out that there was no one at the desk there was no acknowledgement of us who were in line. Wow! Though I am taken aback by this experience, I understand that it is not a representation of the entire store. However, this a direct reflection of a training opportunity that needs to be executed by Senior Management.

She asked for a refund and was told they couldn't give her a refund but if she waited for 48 hours, they would see what they could do for her. sounds like Walmart delivery service is fraudulent, and predatory. My question is what is the purpose of paying for a membership when the member is being cheated? I don't even want the order at this point...I want a full refund. I will not shop here ever again, and the membership will be cancelled after Walmart settles their debt with my mother.

It included Salmon, Pork Chops, Baby Back Ribs, Ground beef, assorted frozen items like breaded chicken fillets, pot stickers, chicken fingers and such. I also purchased fresh produce. Cilantro, parsley, green onions, sweet peppers and flat leaf spinach. The prices are so cheap and it was all super fresh. Also the amount of produce you receive is more than in Walmart or Kroger. I don't mind the knock off brands for what I purchased because the taste does not vary and again it's fresh food with good coloring. Door Dash had no delivery fee and I received a discount for the service fee. I will definitely keep doing it until the brakes fall off.
