We use to order often, but quality isn't as good as it use to be.Rice was almost flavorless, egg rolls not as good as use to be. Everything is breaded. Never use to be that way. Food was delivered and deliverer wasn't happy about the 3.00 tip. Guess the 2.98 charge and tip weren't enough for their 4 mile trip?? Ordered this time, and received wrong soup. I'm very torn with the rating for this place. The food is the best Chinese food I have found south of St. Louis proper, cooked very well and the taste is amazing. We have never had a problem with the staff either, the most friendly of folks who always say hi when we walk in and wave as we leave. The problem we have is with the cleanliness of the dining area, the tables are never clean they're sticky and gross and there is only one bottle of soy sauce for all tables which appears as it hasn't been cleaned since they opened. We used to come in once a week to eat, but in recent weeks the fountain soda machine has quit working and has not been repaired, not to mention that there is either no A/C or they have not turned it on. It's really a shame but I rate the food 5 star, staff 5 star, but I would have to give the dining experience 1 star at best. I give this place 1 stars. The food is pretty good, but the workers' aren't. Hope you don't mind waiting an hour if you place an order for delivery. My meal with the family cost about 30 dollars. That's all had. When they asked me to sign my name on the receipt, I left the tip and total line blank. The next day I get an overdraft notice in my account. I looked at my bank account and they took $40 out of my account. (Note I'm only a teenager with no job) I called the place and asked them about it, and they thought I was pranking them and hung up. I called again and I threatened to call the police. They finally listened and they told me I put $8 as a tip. I told them that I didn't write that. The owner and driver came to my house the next day to discuss this. The driver flat out lied and told me that she thought I wrote $8 dollars instead of $0. Yeah, I know it's wrong of me not to tip, but I didn't have the money. I told her the only thing I touched on that receipt was the signature line. The owner told her to give me back the $8 so I could pay the bank back. After this, I am never going back. I miss the food, but I can't have this happen again. read more

The delivery man was on the cell phone the entire time he delivered, did not make eye contact, and only looked at the receipt to see how much he had been tipped after I said thank you (with no reply). Been ordering from them for a couple years like their egg rolls, But recently not sure whats going on but once my daughter ordered pork fried rice and after delivery and opened it,it was pork and shrimp fried rice we called them and informed them of this and also informed them 2 of us were allergic to shell fish the lady said next time you order you can get a free order (which was not free since we'd already paid for it ...but didn't get it) So next time we ordered we asked for our free order as well (reminded them again we were allergic to shell fish) I also ordered beef and broccoli meal which after eating a couple bites I noticed a odd taste My throat started itching and then I started itching all over, I had someone else taste it and he said it tasted like shrimp was cooked in it or something...
