There was a good selection of meats and seafood, but I would've liked to have seen a wider variety of vegetables -- to include, for instance, carrots, water chestnuts, spinach, mini corn ears, etc. My selection was stir-fried perfectly (with meats well-cooked and veggies crisp tender), and the amount of sauce complemented rather than over-whelmed the dish. A second member of our group piled up, again and again, on seafood choices (and frog legs!) from the numerous buffet stations. The two other members of our party sampled a bit of everything, except the American choices.
