This procedure, in hindsight, would have been the reason of never missing an appointment during the 6 or so years of being treated here; I have evaluated my mental state, due to my recent non-shows; attributing this to declining memory, or stress. It seems, that with the withdrawal of the phone prompt, there will be a streamlining of elderly patients attending, or being struck off the books-which, I suspect, is now the case with me- due to no longer receiving these phone prompts. I am disappointed in this development; I once held this practice in high regard, especially during and after the pandemic of 2020; singing the praises of this once resilient, friendly practice, which demonstrated common sense whilst other NHS services seemed impotent in the previous crisis. This sharp practise, of 'streamlining' has changed my view, and others, I believe. I hope this review will be a wake up call for Lea Bridge Dental practice.

This was probably the best, most comfortable and professional dental experience of my life. The staff got me in right away (the next morning) and were so warm and lovely. Their offices were professional, really clean and quite state of the art. I saw a beautiful female dentist (not relevant, but she is!) who I *believe* is Dr. Danya Mougharbel, but am not positive and a really friendly female hygienist, both very professional and welcoming. The dentist discovered my gums around the crown were very inflamed and that I needed some gum surgery before the crown could be readhered, which was fine. I felt nothing -- seriously, whatever magic numbing juju they use is miraculous because I felt literally nothing and my face didn't feel like it was sliding off my head, either. Really localized anesthesia -- well done! She reseated the crown and it felt immediately 100% better. No discomfort, no pain, and my bite finally felt normal, which it never had since I'd had the crown initially applied. I was thrilled. I was a little nervous about the cost, but considering they saw me immediately, did surgery and used industrial super mega space shuttle adhesive to keep my crown on (okay, not space shuttle glue), I was pleasantly surprised by a roughly £200 bill. I wish I'd gotten my crown here to begin with! They were so helpful in sending the photos and my file to my US dentist so I could dispute their work. Really immediate customer service by the office management. Thank you, Kings Cross Dental Clinic! I want to come back for a cleaning before I go home!

I've been a patient at Brightside Dental for about five years, back when the clinic was still…read morelocated on Maidstone Road, just a few steps from my home. I always received excellent treatment there, so when they moved to Palmers Green, I had no hesitation in staying with them. The new clinic is conveniently located right opposite the tube station, making it very easy to reach. It's a brand-new space with a welcoming atmosphere -- the waiting area has comfortable seating, a free coffee station, and beautiful design details and art pieces. It almost feels like you're on Harley Street, but you're actually in Palmers Green. This time, I visited them to have both of my lower wisdom teeth removed under sedation. I chose sedation because I was quite anxious about the procedure and preferred not to have any memory of it. Dr. Ketan, who is also my regular dentist and absolutely fantastic, handled the sedation with great care and reassurance. The extraction was performed by Dr. Shahrokh Ali, the clinic's oral surgeon, who was equally impressive -- calm, professional, and highly skilled. The procedure was quick, painless, and I felt completely at ease throughout. I also want to give a huge thank you to the admin team, especially Crystal and Jennifer, who have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. A special mention goes to Jennifer -- she has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Proactive, patient, always one step ahead, and genuinely kind. Honestly, she's better than my own PA! She followed up, made sure everything was clear and smooth, and made me feel taken care of at every stage. This clinic continues to deliver a level of care and service that is truly hard to find. I wouldn't trust my dental health with anyone else.

My experience with Dr Amin has been nothing short of phenomenal!…read more My wife used to be afraid of dentists after a painful experience with another dentist in the past. Presently, her wisdom tooth was hurting a lot but she would not go to anyone because of her past experience. Due to the pain, I finally took her to Dr Amin. Firstly, the clinic was very clean and inviting. The staff were very pleasant and then there came the dentist! Dr Amin explained the entire procedure to her in exceptional detail. She then went through the procedure and said that she did not even feel even the slightest of pain! There are some rare dentists that have the gift of the trade and Dr Amin is definitely one. After this, I brought my parents to Dr Amin and once again, they got the best treatment I have ever seen. Dr Amin was able to use some equipment to immediately have a 3D image made which I have never seen. The teeth were then operated on and once again happy customers. This happened many years ago and as much as we like to see Dr Amin, we have never needed to go to any dentist. All in all highly recommended and one of the best in the profession!

The receptionists, my dentist, and all of the nurses who have assisted with my appointments have always been lovely. Especially my dentist who I trust implicitly always has time to explain things to me on my level and lets me jump around to see my X-Rays when they are taken (yearly, as standard NHS preventative care) as I'm always curious to see (I study human biology). The practice offers both NHS and private care. I have used both services and I have always been very pleased with them. The building itself is very nice - quite newly built (or refurbished). The waiting room is nice (although you might want to bring a book) and the treatment rooms are really very nice - all the mod-cons (as far as I am aware!) and much nicer than several other dentists I have been to. I usually opt for early morning appointments as that usually guarantees you will be seen with the least delay (I forgive them in the evenings if there's a bit of a wait - I assume my dentist cares for each patient individually and provides the care they need be it on a shorter or longer time than allocated (15mins per patient). I would recommend to everyone and anyone in the area. I always leave my dentist happy that I've received VIP treatment.

I was way overdue for a check up so I phoned to see if I could get in with him. They said they don't take appointments but he'd be there between 2-5:00 on a certain day. I got there right before 2 and when I checked in, they said it would be well over an hour before he could see me. So that isn't going to cut it as a "lunch break" out of the office. Unfortunately, since I have to be at work almost all the hours they're open, this place is an utter fail for me.
