My car situation was that my 2012 BMW SUV passenger mirror fell off the side mirror mount. For 2 days I checked online and also I visited a few auto stores and auto shops to see if I could purchase some glue or tape to remount my mirror. Online I could order 1 new mirror with adhesive tape between $25-$50. Finally "Complete Paint & Body Shop" in Killeen,TX referred me to "Chip Control Glass" in Copperas Cove, TX. Chrissy, who greeted me in the office, told me that their shop would reinstall the mirror for free. I thought maybe they would have to charge me for at least labor. Less than 5 minutes after talking to Chrissy, Andrew came out to check out my vehicle situation, and he told me how he planned on reinstalling my mirror, then drove it into the work bay. Less than 30 minutes later Andrew returned my vehicle with the mirror reinstalled. I cannot say enough about the service of this company. I took a cracked glass table top to their business and basically "begged" for help in fixing it. He told me he didn't think there was anyway to fix it....but he would try. I figured that it was already ruined, so why not try. He absolutely worked a miracle! Can you still see the crack...yes.
