READ Before i ordered I heard the guy making my food ask for white rice. When i ordered, I asked for extra white rice and he scraped what was left of the white and told me there was no white rice and filled my bowl with brown, not even asking me if that's what i wanted. Then put veggies in another persons order instead of mine. He proceeded to pick the veggies out with his hand then put them in my bowl from hers. (He also put some of the veggies from her bowl back in the buffet) Once we got to another girl she put guacamole in the wrong bowl. Got to the cashier and she was not very friendly. Food was good. Arrived to this location and they were only doing mobile orders vs letting people in. I downloaded the app and registered. Placed my order for a bowl with double chicken, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and white rice. I also wanted chips with a large Guacamole and Queso. Well as you can see by my pictures that is not what I got. The large Guacamole was no where to be found. On the bowl, I was missing the double chicken and sour cream. All the items that conveniently cost extra that I clearly wanted and paid for. I tried to call three times so that I could inform someone of the issue and no one answered the phone. I stopped by this location, because I was getting service on my car next door at AAA. So I decided to dine in. This location is clean when you walk in. Ample seating in the dining room area. The staff is nice. I decided to try their new steak bowl. Of course because the photos drew me in. I was disappointed because it was 11:30am and they were out of two ingredients that I typically put on my bowls,etc...mild salsa and the corn mix. It wasn't clear if they were out of them completely or if she just didn't want to go to the back to get it. But hey this is like the norm for fast food these days. That is the only reason why I dropped my rating down a star. Even without the missing ingredients, my food was tasty. I will tell you that the watermelon limeade is amazing! I could have drank 3 cups of it. The noticed the staff cleaned the tables after each customer left which is a huge plus. read more

So sad about this review. I wanted to be different than the crowd but alas. Seems this location has some improving to do. Ordered take out from here twice. Both times the food was not well marked. My real disappointment though was my "salad". Soggy and nasty tasking, I tried to eat this twice only to give up. It barely had any lettuce/greens and the greens it did have were soaking wet and stringy. The sofritas (veggie protein) was so salty. The rice was so over saturated with salt and sour cream. The guac was great and the corn salsa was tasty. Had they listened to my order and followed those directions I think it would have been a success. I did a mobile order on 7/3/24 and picked up my order at 1:05pm. When I got there, there were no orders at the mobile holding station but I did see that the bagged orders where on shelves behind the cashier. So I waited for her as she ignored me, cashed out with 2 customers, walked to the back and got bags, cashed out 2 more customers and then turned to me with the worst disposition to say "name?" I told her my last name as she punched the bags and she didn't see it. I then gave my first name. She snatched the bag off the shelf and thrusted the bag to me. It's been a while since I had my delicious chicken burrito bowl and all the fresh toppings. This time was no different great speedy service. Everyone had there mask on and a friendly disposition. Generally I like Chipotle. The staff at this one, however, were sullen and rude. While customers waited in line, they just kept piling up peoples's orders but not checking anyone out. Everyone's food was getting cold and soggy until a manager finally noticed and asked where the cashier was. "On break" one replied. No one else stepped in. No one apologized for food getting cold. This Chipotle is having some serious issues. I came here a few weeks ago and they were having an issue with equipment. They couldn't sell anything except chicken and carnitas or something like that. This persisted for at least 2 weeks. Then I get there tonight a few minutes shy of 8pm and the doors are locked: there are customers inside ordering and the front counter person motions to me that they're closed. You should never modify your hours without some sort of notice to your customers: Chipotle closes at 10pm. Why am I being locked out more than 2 hours before? This location has really made me second guess if I'm goi to keep frequenting Chipotle or if I'm going to to go spend my money at a lower quality burrito place (Qdoba or Moe's) just so I don't have to deal with all of these surprises. read more

It was enough quantity however the seasoning on the steak was too much for her. She ended up with a soft taco of lettuce and cheese. But she loved the cheese! Lol I got my usual burrito bowl and when I asked for extra beans since I don't eat meat, the guy was super cool about it! I really appreciate that. Went there last night and was treated with more disdain than I've ever experienced anywhere. When I approached the counter, I patiently waited for several minutes before being acknowledged by the person standing there. While I was waiting, I noticed that the restaurant was particularly filthy. When the employee finally addressed me, I kindly and sincerely asked how she was doing. She flat out ignored me and stared at me with the most hateful face I've ever seen. I told her I would need my order to be gluten-free, and she looked at me like I had just told her that she was ugly or something. It wasn't just a look of confusion, it was a look of disgust like I was making her angry. Without saying anything, she quickly turned around, I'm assuming to ask someone what gluten-free meant. When she was done talking to the person in the back, she washed her hands and put on gloves, as is standard when handling an order for someone with a gluten allergy. She then very shortly asked what I wanted in my bowl, before even allowing me to tell her that I wanted a bowl, as opposed to crispy corn tacos. I said, "brown rice...". While I was still considering my options and without putting the rice in the bowl, she stood there impatiently and sternly said, "what else". It felt sort of like how someone might behave if they thought you stole away their significant other or vandalized their property or something. It was unusual for an employee to need to know all of the ingredients upfront before adding any of them to the bowl. I quickly said, "pinto beans" and moved on to the salsa trying to avoid continuing to anger her. When I did that she stopped me and said, "no meat", again with a very judgmental tone in her voice. I said, "no". She again said, "what else" in the same angry way as before. I told her which salsas I wanted and that I wanted lettuce. She dumped the spoonfuls on there like she couldn't wait to get me out of her sight. I told her I wanted guacamole, but that there was a bunch of cheese in it, and that I couldn't have that because I'm allergic to dairy as well. She rolled her eyes, walked away in a huff, and took my bowl into the back, I assumed to get guacamole from somewhere else. She certainly didn't inform me. I was honestly worried about what she was doing to my food. After taking several minutes, she brought it back with guacamole, put the lid on, handed it to the cashier while saying something to her under her breath, and walked away without looking at me or saying anything. My dining partner had already paid, so the cashier just stared at me while I took the bowl. After the emotional beating I had just taken, I was hoping for some response from the cashier at least, but there was none. While all of this was happening, it was extremely embarrassing for not only myself, but everyone else in the vicinity. Other customers and other employees were very quietly observing the whole thing as they went about their business. I'm always extremely polite to others, so the way she was treating me was honestly shocking. It was undeserved and unprovoked. It is sad that this place is no longer an option for me. With all of my food allergies, it was pretty much one of the only places I felt comfortable eating at outside of my home. Oh well. read more

He was very stingy with the bowls and when I asked for more he said "more???", then proceeded to give the tiiiniest amount more *rolls eyes*. Usually I have to tell them to go easy on the sour cream and cheese, I barely had any in my bowl. Once I got home I realized my chips were also stale which was disappointing. I have mixed feelings, while the meal was ok, it was nothing special. I had a burrito salad. Because I ordered online, I was limited on the toppings I was "allowed" to have. I maxed out on the add-ons which did not allow me extra cheese where I am sure if I ordered from the counter, asking for extra cheese might not have been an issue. Still, the meal was good. The music was to loud and not pleasant to listen to. Maybe it is a way to get the customers in and out as quickly as possible. The room was to cold. I took my jacket off and not long after put it back on. While the cost here was less expensive than Moe's, I think I will go to Moe's next time. read more

I came with my mom on a weeknight. I got a steak burrito and my mom got 1 veggie taco and one carnitas taco. The staff adding the toppings were friendly and quick. I know that Chipotle restaurants do tweak the seasonings to what they think their customers want, but my mom and I found the meats to be a tad too salty. Fortunately, the other fillings and veggies in my burrito diluted this out and made the overall meal good. When we first came in the place was pretty empty, but by the time we left there was a huge crowd grabbing food. So you may want to try to avoid major eating hours if you don't like lines. Seating inside was fine, although I did not see any big tables for large groups. There was outdoor seating, so perhaps big groups could congregate out there when eating. read more
