I thought a while before I posted this, but I thought you know if I was the manager I would want to know. I ordered 7 steak burritos and everyone agreed that the steak was barely edible, very chewy. Everyone mostly spit it out. It was for a mixture of our family and some workers that were helping us out with Landscaping. They said they never get the steak at chipotle, especially this one. Too bad because I used to really like chipotle over Qdoba. Servers were OK but could be a little more friendly. read more

I have been to this Chipotle location a few times and it seems to be run well with fast moving lines, food always ready, sauces well-stocked, and friendly enough employees. The main advantage of this location is the cleanliness. Even with a good amount of students coming in during lunchtime, this location always seems squeaky clean and well-organized. The one downfall is that the food seems a bit saltier than other locations. read more

This place is mostly good - busy but fairly efficient. Food is fresh and tasty. But they're not always accurate with online orders. If you go in and see the burrito you'll be getting, go for it! If you're ordering online, just know you might end up with something that doesn't match the sticker on your burrito - like corn salsa when you asked for pico, or no guac when you asked for it. (They did make it right when reported- it's just disappointing when you're home from a pickup and hungry, but can't eat hot stuff - and that corn salsa spice permeates!) read more

This location and I guess some of the other locations that I have tried are not good. The food seems like it is sitting out for hours. The chips taste stale. Lately, it has been very disappointing! They all seem mismanaged. The Field Manager, General Manager and Owner need to work better with their team and try to act more professional with the customers and employees. read more

This Chipotle has had a very steep decline. Used to have a line out the door every weeknight after 5pm. Tonight there was no line and the parking lot was empty. Here's a hint into why that could be: the portion sizes are extremely small. They're also charging you for more than you order and trying to get you to pay as quickly as possible so you don't notice. The food is cold straight out of the warmer. I live 4 minutes away and needed to microwave the few bites that made up my burrito bowl when I got home. Two people in front of me were charged for guacamole and queso when they had neither. I was charged for a large chips and salsa and given a very small bag of just chips. The restaurant was empty and the place was dirty. Not filthy or gross. But not as clean as it should have been for how slow they were coupled with a whole bunch of people (probably 6 or so) working. read more

Many poor food experiences. Trying to endure the new management but the make line continues to provide poor food service. Had a complete disaster of a burrito yesterday due to language barrier and the addition of the quesadilla oven distraction. And the raised prices. Chipotle ends in the next year. Update: their support team gave me a free soda. 15 dollar burrito completely jacked in every way one of at least 5 in a row and they give me a free soda which costs them .45 cents maybe. The burrito was okay until I hit the bad guacamole.. which I ask for none on the burrito. So, in retrospect.. I will not get anything with guacamole on it from Chipotle for quite a while. I've been going here for a few years, and the visit today is likely my last. It's been a slow but steady decline for this particular location, which is unfortunate because it was the closest to me. I had asked for queso and habenero sauce, both of which they were out of, and they literally continued to wrapped up the order, leaving about 1/4 of the meat and veggies not even in the burrito, while I was asking this. They said my total amount owed for the order before addressing my question with the response of "when we're busy sometimes we run out." There was around 10-12 customers total at the location as they said this, and I should've just outright refused the order and left. read more

store was packed with high school students they were ringing up multiple orders at a time to try to move fast and in doing so charged me for the wrong order so I ended up paying 18 dollars for my line item bowl just steak and rice! craziness! Wow. So disappointed. The main line staff really didn't want to be at work. Jacklyn actually said to another worker can't we just go home. Meanwhile in the to go area those staff members were working their butts off. Their burritos actually looked like a burrito. Mine was a fists size glob. The of the open tables they were dirty. When I asked for something to wipe a table down with I got a huge huff and groan then Jacklyn grabbed a nasty rag and wiped the food debris off the table. They are always out of many things and never know how to cash in rewards from the chipotle app. This has happened to us several times. For example, this evening we went in around 830pm and they were out of: fajita veggies, corn salsa, shredded cheese, chips and iced tea. I think this place is AWESOME!!!! But there are some cons here.... Number 1 they have trash EVERYWHERE no where for people to put there food when done, number 2 the there is a VERY long line every time I visit, number 3 DON'T BRING KIDS ITS LIKE A 30 MINUTE WAIT! This location is fantastic. Only issue is the people ordering /eating usually. Walk-ins with multiple food orders who can't order online....cmon y'all. And the people working are usually just as kind as the people ordering, so be nice and use manners, then watch how good the service can be. So many people don't say please or thank you anymore. i am a broke ass college student whose only source of happiness is the gym and chipotle. i very frequently spend my last eleven dollars left in my bank account on a bowl from chipotle. last night i was about to lose it. spiraling crying having a mental breakdown so i do my usual routine of ordering chipotle and leaving it in my car to eat after i'm done with the gym. gym session was brutal. had several mental breakdowns that consisted of me sitting on the ground crying wondering why nobody loves me or stays and wishing my goddamn triceps were stronger. but it was ok because my chipotle was in the car. well i go and open the bag THERE IS NO FUCKING FORK. I got food poisoning here on Friday Feb 24th from eating a chicken burrito. Sick for 3 days, never eating jere again.

This place deserves zero stars until they learn how to complete online orders in a timely manner. Unless you order an hour in advanced don't worry ordering at all or just order from the line in store. If not you'll be waiting a minimum of 45 minutes. If i didn't accidentally order from here a second time I wouldn't be here a second time in 48 hours wanting to torture my self. I have have spent a combined hour and half (and counting, I'm writing this waiting in line) an absolute JOKE. why have online ordering if you don't have a system in place to execute it properly. chipotle corporate desperately needs to do something here. The last time I was here they didn't even have people separately doing online orders. They have also got through a full line of people twice in the 40 minutes I have been here. Ridiculous. I live a block from this chipotle and frequent it regularly. I'm not sure who the manager and district manager is, but it's so wildly broken, and has been for close to two years. This location hardly functions as a restaurant, and even less so when you choose to order with the chipotle app. Employees stand around, systems crash, food is of poor quality. Orders are never on time, guest are turned away at the door, and god forbid you ever try delivery your food will 100% be cold. Wow I have never had a store be this rude. They opened late today but made no efforts to tell the people waiting outside they would be a half hour or later on opening. If anything they laughed me instead of telling me they were opening late. I go to put a mobile order in later today and my rice was so severely undercooked. Made my entire bowl not edible. I would have preferred to leave no stars, but they don't give that option. I had avoided them for over 2 years due to multiple bad experiences. I had a house guest that wanted me to pick up some burritos. I stood in line a long time made longer because they were filling orders from slips for I have no clue what, Uber, Grubhub, call in. They were working 2-3 between each person standing in line despite a long line inside. When it finally became my turn, I walked out after they filled the fifth outside ticket in a row. After the fifth order from outside, the guy behind the counter said "We'll be with you in a few minutes." That is the most offensive customer service ever. After 2+ years out your customer service went from horrible to non-existent? If you have so much outside business, either shut the inside service down or set up a separate line in the back for filling those orders. Your food is sub-par, overpriced and you have less customer service than a self-serve gas pump. NEVER, EVER will I step into a Chipotles. The manager is so incompetent they couldn't herd turtles in a plastic pool. Back to being happy with Q-Doba for me, even if it is 5 miles out of the way. They've not let me down once. Good/ok customer service, but $18.54 for a single burrito isn't good. The quality is fine. I got a simple burrito with guacamole, and got charged $18.54 because *it said double meat. I didn't want 2/3 meat, nor 2/1 meat. And I especially didn't want to pay $18.54 for one burrito. I can (and do) go to Qdoba for $11 burritos. read more
