First time here Staff was ok The food selection looked terrible, I wanted veggies but they had the bottom of the barrel scraps and the guys did I want literally the scraps and I said no. The sofritas looked like it had been sitting up for a minute so I pray my husband doesn't get sick at work. I had the chicken Al pastor tacos and they were good, a little bit spicy but I'm a good way. This location was not very clean, no napkins in the tray so when I asked for napkins, the cashier literally ignored me and someone else assisted. Long post but it's time been waiting to long to say. Valentines Day. We frequent this location quite often and the food is always good. But lately there have been some problems that are very concerning this being a food establishment. Firstly I watched in horror while the servers replaced food containers with fresh food and waited til the dried food fell into the fresh food it didn't happen but I'm sure it does at one point or another well because they don't wipe up spillage that is left on the counter!! It seems like no one is wiping down the prep areas, caked and dried food just sitting waiting to drop in the fresh food. Neither is the kitchen area randomly wiped or swept. This is an open kitchen and visual is everything not to mention food and sanitation go hand and hand!!! The kitchen areas should be wiped periodically and the cook well attire is everything. I know this is a busy location but this is a food establishment and sanitation is very important especially in these days and times. But this night as usual there is never any bell pepper and onions seems to be common at this location. The server states there will be a 3 minute wait, we didn't have to wait that long. When replacing the food they are supposed to change out the containers as well when replacing fresh food correct? But tonight the old container with dried food from the bell peppers and onions was not replaced the servers just pour the fresh food into the old dried up container. Before I knew it I shouted get a new container, they continued to do what they did and I politely asked to withhold the bell peppers and onions from my order. Again food, sanitation!!! I am not picky person but when I see things I say something especially when it comes to food. The sour cream always seems to have other food particles in it due the servers dropping other food while preparing orders I get it and look past it it's hard but I do. And who knows it could be spillage because they don't wipe up!! The Pop area never seems to be clean. Always garbage in places where utensils are missing. I went to this location today at 12.00 p.m. I had to wait 30 min for a salad. because the girl didn't know how to wrap a burrito. The guy standing on the side of her just watched not helping, because he didn't know what to do. My entire lunch was blown. I wish I was able to give this location zero stars. We went to this location because I live in the area. I will never go to this location again. The young lady who was serving us made it a habit to give us smaller quantities than the size of the spoon. When I brought this to her attention she informed me that she was instructed to give smaller portions out. I then informed her that they could keep the food because we were not paying over $20 for smaller portions and walked out. What do they think their doing by not giving the customer a full spoon of the requested choices. I ordered my food by delivery and when I received my order, the meat was dry, they didn't give me any corn, not to mention I had more mild salsa than rice. If you are going to provide food by a delivery service, then you need to provide the same quality and quantity as if the person was ordering onsite because the person ordering from a delivery service actually spends more money. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. No chips, broken fountain machine, almost no refrigerated drinks except for one apple juice and some waters, and the lemonade/organic drink machines were empty. I even went to grab a napkin - no napkins. Plus I saw a huge food spill in the kitchen and no one was cleaning it up. I guess it is time I stopped eating at Chipotle. I placed my order on line, Sofritas bowl, small Guacamole and Chips. I picked up my order. Perfect. My bowl had something hot/spicy it in. I didn't add anything hot. I noticed I had a large bag of chips. I took a bite of one chip and it was stale..almost chewy. I grabbed another chip and it was very salty. I was very disappointed. I checked a few more chips and realized they were all stale. I normally prefer to order in store because I like to see them make my bowl. I patronized this Restaurant numerous times, and always had a pleasant experience until tonight. After ordering and receiving our food, by the time we arrived home, I picked up the bag getting out of the car and the bottom fell out. We picked up the containers and the bag and returned the items to the restaurant. After arriving at the front counter, the cashier told the manager (Kim) what happened, and her response was, "they have to get back in line" which was an extremely long line. Well we got back in line and they re-made our order. Before leaving I asked to speak to the manager. I attempted to give her some constructive advice which was, you could have perhaps apologized for the inconvience and her response was, "it is not our responsibility after you take the food out of the restaurant and I replaced it for free." Well it was not free, I originally paid for it, and had to burn gas to return to the restaurant. But the other cost is the loss of customers.
