None of these things by themselves would make me swear off a restaurant. But when they happen over and over again, they paint a picture of a location that simply does not care about quality, accuracy, or the customer experience. It's disappointing because Portillo's has built a reputation for great food. Unfortunately, the Homewood location consistently fails to live up to that reputation.
