However, when I asked for her name to reference for the replacement, she refused, claiming she was not allowed to give out that information. As a manager, refusing to provide a name is highly unprofessional and makes it impossible to verify the agreement on our next visit. The repeated order inaccuracies and lack of accountability show a disappointing decline in quality control at this location.
