I've recently ordered meals here nearly 10 times over the past 4 months. It has been pretty great each time. Sometimes I have ordered a variation of the Supreme Luxe Box Meal, but I often simply order the Nachos BellGrande #5 Combo with added lettuce, onion, and three cheese blend. I visit this location multiple times per week because I love Taco Bell & it fits my late night schedule in addition to being very close by. However, I have only gotten 1 good, fresh, correct order out of 20+ orders. Every visit I am missing something from my order. The staff is very lazy and does not have any sense of urgency or care for their job. I have even waited an hour in my car after being asked to pull out front because the staff forgot me... twice. The food is almost never fresh and requires me to ask for a remake. After a 4th consecutive night of having something missing from my order, I called in to ask them to start making the item so it would be ready when I got there. I was told over the phone they would do this. When I arrived however, they hadn't started it and I was told to "wait until they finished with other orders." I said I was not going to wait and had to explain the basics of customer service that if you messed up my order, causing me to have to drive back out after being settled inside, then causing my other food to be less fresh by the time I get home, then I should be at the top of your priority to take care of. It's genuinely bins boggling how this is not understood by this staff. I have worked in many customer service food locations and they all operate the same way- get with it Taco Bell. The drive thru wait times are consistently ridiculously long and the prices with all of that being said are insane. I have had some good and some bad experiences at this Taco Bell. Obviously, the staff are constantly rotating so it is hard to know what it may currently operate like at any given time. However, most times when I use the app and go through the drive thru, this works just fine! Sometimes when going inside to order or pick up an order for the app, this causes issues. Sometimes the lobby will be entirely locked even though the hours don't note being closed. Also, it feels like the drive thru orders are more attentive and quick than the in person ordering. read more

Their hours never seem to match what they have posted on their doors. The door clearly said 3am closing however as I arrived at 2 a rude worker yells they are closed. They need to fix posted hours. read more

Little to no regard for making the orders correct esp when working with DoorDash or any other delivery service. I completely understand mixing up orders when busy or tired, however, when done twice in a row is just no longer accidents. The food here was not great. I had three tacos and the ground Beef was gross. Also the Service at this Taco Bell was horrible. It took us 10 minutes to get are food. Then I want more sour cream and it took a lot longer than it should have for a little cup of sour cream, which then made my tacos cold. Overall it was ok and if you are in a rush and don't really care about having a good dinner/ lunch than this is a good place to go. read more
