They were extremely careful and safety minded removing the trees and limbs. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were done. Cesar came back and ground the stump and did an excellent job with excellent clean up on that also! These guys came in to do a job for me. Were very polite and professional. They cut down the tree and hauled it away. Then they found the wires and pipes. Then they used a track hoe to dig up the tree roots. It was huge mess but they hauled it all away. They also dug up a really big flower bed. They moved valve boxes, augmented the soil, and planted bulbs. They smoothed the patio area and filled it with layers of gravel and sand. They measured the grade and made a plan for drainage. They brought blocks and caps and pavers from a local source. They built the steps, carefully fitting together the corner joints. Then they built the walls and glued down the caps. To place the pavers, they started with a circle and wove a pattern around it. They added a border in a contrasting shade. To make the pavers fit together, they had to cut each one with a heavy saw. Every piece had to be measured and marked and cut. They did it with teamwork and rapid precision. They sanded the floor with polymeric sand to seal it. Then they helped me move the furniture and hang the artwork. The project took less than a month. Every day they left the work site as neat as a pin. I paid them very well for doing this work and you should too.

They were quick in getting the job done before the rain came and the back yard became soft and easily damaged by the heavy equipment needed. The job was completed safely and professionally with little damage to the yard and the ornamental vegetation around the tree. They did an excellent job in cleaning up and removing all the derbies except a number of rounds I had them leave for some neighbors firewood. I pointed out to her I had tried for 2 days to speak with willie but my calls weren't returned. I was ready to do business. I was direct, but not rude, here i am the customer chasing a company to give them my money, I felt she needed to know I wasn't pleased about this. She instantly got defensive and tried to give me excuses and then said" You're being mean to me". At this point I hung up. I don't have time nor patience for this childish non sense. her perception is her reality, but being offended when asked to do your job is where you lose me. She texted me asking why I hung up on her? I texted her back a straight answer pointing out what I had said on the phone and that her gaslighting me and trying to play the victim was not a game I was going to play. So she called her boss and within 3 minutes she texted me back that I " was a real A-hole and good luck finding another roofer". After playing the victim her boss gave her the go ahead and tell me to find another roofer, so now she was embolden to call me an "A-hole". She texted this to me! can you believe it. I got a laugh out of this. What's funny is, I liked willie and wanted to pay him to do a job, and we stood in my drive way and had this conversation about how poor customer service is today and how people get offended when you ask them to just do their job. I'm sorry this happened, there was no need for it, but I'm the customer, you are the business owner, you want my money I want your service. I'm 65 yrs old and know what good customer service is. I've been called a lot worse, but not by a company employee I wanted to do business with. BTW, I found 3 other roofers and each one is going to cost me more, but I don't care, at least none of them have called me an "A-Hole" for me asking for good customer service. Willie, you need to stand up for your employees, but there's always two sides to the story. She thinks I was being "mean". You met me. Was I mean? Was I rude? No, I was straight to the point and direct and nice to you. If you think I'm the only person that has had problems with your receptionist, think again.
