i have been a plus member for many years i have never did…read morethe order pick up and have to say will never again and definately will be telling anyone i see about the awful experience i had. i ordered for a pick up between 4--5 and recieved a email that my order was picked and ready to be picked up i left work at 4:20 arrived at 4:30 i went in to the customer service desk after 25 min of waiting to see if i could just get my groceries and load them myself. i was told they would be right out with them after another 10 min i called into the store asked for a manager and was given the story how they were understaffed by the person who answered the phone and she would not let me speak to manager and i explained i understood this but then please dont let me who has another appt think i would be driving in and grabbing groceries and leaving right away. after 45 min and going to see the guy loading i recieved my groceries. needless to say i do not recommend using this service and definately made me think about costco. as i did pick up groceries from wal-mart right afterward and the wait was less than 5 min

If you don't make your appointment online or over the phone a few days before the weekend, you may be out of luck since they're pretty booked by the weekend. Full synthetic oil change took less than 1 hour and they were flexible with my appt since I called and said I would be an hour late to my appt. Total came to around $70 for a full synthetic oil/filter change but they also have coupons online and in their flyers for $10 off which made this one of the cheapest and quickest places to get a job like that done. The waiting room was comfortable, free wifi, and free drinks (coffee, water, tea) for people to enjoy in there. All in all, a good experience and price that is hard to bear for any of your car needs!
