Well, we settled back down and scheduled a repair Monday. Talked with them early and they said they'd be there early. Exactly like they said they were there, pulled the wheel, fixed the problem, insured it was fixed, reinstalled, and checked the other 7 tires on our unit. Even though they were all booked with other jobs they squeezed me in and replaced the tire and added two other needed tires. This all costs less than what a different place quoted me for replacing just one tire. They also recommended I have the tires "torqued" after 50 miles. So I stopped by on my way back from my trip and they had the tires "torqued" in just a few minutes at no extra cost.

He made no mention of the incident and left without a test drive to ensure his work's integrity. It wasn't until the following day that he admitted to what happened after insisting he come back to take the car for a test drive to demonstrate the new problem. He explained to me that he had done it before with his own car so I would need a new master cylinder. Since then we had one communication and then radio silence. I am now left with a failed breaking system that could have caused serious injury or worse.I would not recommend Shawn due to his lack of responsibility or consideration of the safety of his clients. His way of business will get somebody killed someday.

Well the first plug fell out again, because I'm assuming he pushed on it and broke the seal tight. Anti freeze is all over the ground, and he has the nerve to tell me I have to call a tow and go somewhere else. Because he didn't do that. (Really he just didn't want to do it) it took me two hours to get it on at auto zone. He could of put it on the hoist and put it on very easily. When I got there he didn't even have it on the hoist. When originally, I brought the car there a week before to make sure there wasn't any issues while driving at a pacifically asked him to put it on the hoist, and please look at everything I guarantee he did not put it on the hoist, and he just let it run for an hour and lied and said that everything was fine.. he lost five customers today and probably a lot more once we tell everyone about the situation. My grandma's friend brought her car in there a while back and said she need a new brakes. He lied and said that her brakes were fine. She went somewhere else and her brakes were completely shot. The dad is a great mechanic and he will try to help anyone that he can't. His son does not care and will lie about things just to get paid. Eau Claire is a small town until it's cheaper and that the situation will be talked about to everyone warning them not to go to Lymans. I've dealt with his dad and like I said he's a really good guy, but his son is a completely different story. If you go to Lymans , please ask to deal with his dad and not him.
