I am 110% pleased and satisfied with the exceptional level of care here. My kids are ages 2 and 4, and I have been at Allie the whole time. The teachers genuinely care about the kids, and Allison is extremely accommodating to parents' schedule changes and needs. There is a personal touch here, which often lacks in the corporate franchise facilities. Seasonal festivals and late nights are offered regularly and allow for parents to either enjoy socializing at the school with their children or enjoy a few hours of adult time. New housing developments are exploding in the area. If you are relocating or moving to the area, don't let a bad review keep you from checking this place out and seeing for yourself. You will FEEL the difference the moment you walk through the door of this locally owned and heart filled center.

However, the lack of action from management has been incredibly disappointing and frankly, heartbreaking. Since April 1st, our now 14-month-old daughter has been bitten over 10 times. Of those bites, four broke the skin, one led to a thumb infection that she's still dealing with today, she was bitten twice in one day just two weeks ago, and today, she was bitten in the face. We know toddlers bite--it's developmentally normal--and we were more than understanding of a couple of incidents. But at this point, she is sustaining bites every week, sometimes multiple times per week, and it's gotten to the point where we fear for her safety every time we drop her off. After about the fifth bite, we brought our concerns to management and were told a "plan" was in place and that they were working with the parents. We're now almost a month out from that conversation, and nothing has changed. In fact, the bite pattern has gotten significantly worse. The bites now take nearly a week to heal, and because she's being bitten so often, she constantly has visible bite marks on her little body. Today, I got a call at work saying another child had bitten my daughter in the face. HER FACE. This is the 10th or 11th bite since April 1st. My husband went to speak with the office, expressed our concerns, and let them know our daughter would not be returning. He was met with, "I'm sorry you feel that way." Sorry we feel what? That our daughter isn't safe in your care? That we feel awful dropping her off each day, wondering what new injury she might come home with? That we expect better protection for babies who rely entirely on you to keep them safe? That response told us everything we needed to know about how seriously our concerns were being taken. We are devastated to be pulling her out of a place where she truly loved her teachers, but we can't keep her somewhere that fails to protect her and dismisses repeated, serious concerns. Please take this into account if you're considering this facility for your child. I do want to sincerely recognize Eva, Jill, and Maddie from the infant room, and Nadia, Anya, and Abi from the toddler room. These women have been phenomenal with our daughter. They are the reason we stayed as long as we did. They truly love and care for these kids like their own, and they deserve far better support from leadership.

As he grew, Ms. Michelle was fantastic with him in the toddler room, helping him learn and thrive in such a fun environment. My one son currently in and my other son has had Ms. Holi, and she has been absolutely incredible--especially with handling our son's allergies. Her attentiveness and care gave us so much peace of mind. Ms. Kim and Mr. Brett have also been such positive influences for both our daughter and sons. They always came home excited to tell us about their day, and most importantly, they looked forward to going back to school the next morning. We couldn't ask for a better group of teachers. C&M daycare is bright & cheerful, clean, modern, well staffed, known as the daycare of the…read morePittsburgh Pirates. The staff is attentive & caring. It follows state laws carefully. But is it right for your child? My grandson did not hit, kick or bite others, didn't call names. He just didn't always listen. He was 2 going on 3 when C&M marked him as an issue. He was very "busy", into everything. If this is your child this daycare is probably not for you. If your child is a little more active or curious, in other words, a little more "work", take note. He was this active child. (Note: he only attended 2 days a week) C& M told my daughter they needed to have him evaluated for ADHD when he was 2. My son-in-law took him to his pediatrician when they suggested there could be developmental issues. The pediatrician found him to be a busy 2-year-old. After turning 3, and after episodes of "undesirable" behavior, they again suggested 2 doctors. If they did not comply he could be expelled. They took him to one of the doctors, a pediatrician, and was told by this doctor he was "not impressed" with what he saw meaning he did not think he had ADHD, that he was typical of a boy at his age, albeit busier than most. They also were told a good evaluation couldn't be done until he was at least 4. His "undesirable behavior" continued, from trying to remove a screen from a window, trying to exit, ñthe classroom, and not always participating in class activities. Things got fast-tracked when near his 4th birthday he stopped napping. He had to sit quietly on his cot during nap time if he wasn't going to sleep.5 It was an issue because if he was out of his cot, one of the two teachers couldn't take a break as mandated by the state. His parents met with the owner and a behavioral specialist at the school, to come up with ideas to keep him occupied during nap time. This time C&M told his parents they had to take him to a child behavioral psychologist, again with the same explicit threat of expulsion. C&M provided the doctor/practice name and warned that they likely wouldn't get an appointment for 6 months. In the interim, my grandson had his 4-year well-child visit. My daughter told the pediatrician what had been going on. She asked my daughter which daycare he attended. My daughter was shocked to find out the pediatrician had considered sending her child there, but after having received so many behavior evaluation requests from parents whose children went there she decided against it. The parents then were told that C&M was not the place for my grandson, that they hadn't done what was recommended and failed to keep C&M up to date on what was being done. Note that my daughter had just delivered a new baby (they probably were a little busy, right?). They further accused my daughter and her husband of speaking badly of the daycare, but wouldn't say who accused them. They were shocked to hear this. Essentially they expelled him because his parents supposedly talked badly about them. Even though his parents kept the appointment with the psychologist the psychologist was bewildered as to why they were there as he did not specialize in ADHD but autism. His ruling: My grandson definitely is not autistic. He has some ADHD characteristics but at his young age it is difficult to diagnose. He can be re-evaluated when he is older, like 6. He now attends a Christian daycare and is doing very well. He is not labeld. They simply re-direct & work with him. He is at a place where children are not problems, but blessings. Update: after this review, my daughter received a letter from C&M's attorney threatening a lawsuit if I did not take it down within a week because of inaccuracies/misinformation. When asked for what inaccuracies/misinformation were in the review it has been over a month with no answer. They took very little time responding to my post but very slow in the follow up so I am going to assumew, after a month have still not heard., the letter was a tactic they used to handle a partly negative post.

I want to write this review because it's a hidden gem for kids birthday parties. Recently had my…read moresons's first birthday here and it was the perfect space for both kids and adults. There is a large room, divided in two. One side had tables set up, the other was free rein for kids to jump on a trampoline or bounce house along with many other toys. Something for all ages. We don't attend this daycare but it looks like a great place. The staff was nice and very helpful. Plates, silverware, napkins and tablecloths were all included.

I only needed my son to go there after school, so he wasn't there all day. But after my previous daycare told me they weren't willing to get my son off the van for school, I found this place. They were more than willing to help with my son and the van. Their prices were very reasonable. There were never any issues if my son was sick or couldn't be there for the day. I usually just called to tell them not to expect him on those days. They worked with my schedule regarding days he was there, getting him off the van on half days (or any days that were different than usual drop off times), and allowing me to come anytime to get him. They didn't charge for sick days. Also, they got to know your schedule and car so they would have them ready when they saw you pull in. You didn't have to be there consistently at the same time every day as they didn't need you to tell them your weekly schedule. This meant they wouldn't charge you if you were late or yell if you came too early (like the other daycare).

They have flexible days where you can do 5 days a week, MWF, or TR. The lunch program is optional as is the monitoring system. The facility has been very supportive in assisting our child with his dietary restrictions. The facility is very clean with no screen time and has out of the box activities that keep the children engaged. My favorite part of this program is that there is an app that you can see all your child's diaper changes / snacks / when they transition outside or inside / when supplies are needed. The hours are 6 am to 6 pm. The pricing is very reasonable! I broke down the numbers, and I believe it came out to $14 an hour for the 2 day a week program for 8 hours a day. You pay a flat rate so if he's there 6-6 you'd pay the same as 9-5.
