Terry was used to inspect the home I bought, taking my real estate agents' word that this was a good home inspection, I used it. Three days after moving in i had issues with the water heater and found out there was soot coming back into the home, when I spoke to Terry about it, he said this was a common occurrence and the unit was functioning as it was supposed to, it was 29 years old... Then just this week I found out I have bats in the attic that have been there since this summer. The inspection was done in November when there was notable guano present per the expert at the pest control company.
