This is based on my opinion of the events as they unfolded backed up with an independent contributor. I cannot recommend this company. The tech performed under 50 mins of work on the work site but B&B charged me for 2 hours of service because their tech wasn't prepared for the job because they forgot to create a ticket for my job. So they charged me for the hour it took the tech to get prepared because he had to get pulled from another job and was apparently not ready to do the work. B&B employee admitted to not creating the work ticket with the job date, time, and details (phone call recorded). Poor customer service overall. Was told that I would be taken to collections on the first call I made to correct the issue even though there is clear evidence that B&B messed up and is passing the bill to the customer for their own mistake. Wrote to Mr Bergh the owner. A week later and have not heard back. Better Business Bureau also contacted. I would recommend staying away. I will edit this post as more information comes to light. Understanding that things happen, I figured it would be 2 hours at the most. Their electricians work at $75/hr. It took him 3hours to do the job, and I was charged $67 for 3 GFCI outlets!! I provided my own pendant lights and he mentioned that they were the most complicated lights he's ever installed. They were lights from a local Home store. I have never been so nickel and dimed in my life. Beware of this place. The electrician went out to his van, took 2 phone calls and sat playing with wires that equaled up to almost an hour.
