I was up North for a funeral and left the house without thinking and locked the door with no keys on me. I found this guys online and called them up. The gentlemen answered the phone and I explained what had happened and he said he would be there as fast as he could. True to his word, he arrived, but first verified who I was and the circumstances. Although he tried many things, he was unable to gain access, due to the secure nature of the door looks. After trying for an hour. He stated that there was no charge. I seriously begged him to take my money because he tried all his tricks and that my friends is part of the his time (like mine and yours) is worth something. I finally reached my sister and she had a spare key, but if you happen to get locked out of your house or car, call them and they will take care of you. Don't let the fact that he couldn't get me in, through you off, as my locks were very special and therefore a serious challenge. At least he validated that the security of the house. In any case, very honest and that is just about priceless in today's day and age!

Upon return to the vehicle the key no longer turned despite efforts by 4 different people. An auto mechanic was unsuccessful.
