Kroger brand canned goods are just as good if not better than National Brands. Only problem is they are often out of sale items by the weekend. If you don't go the day the ad comes out you may not get the item. Also, ever sence the remodel there are often empty spaces on the shelves for everyday items. The week Corperate was in for the reopening was the last day the entire store was completely stocked. Lastly the self checkout area is to small for weekly grocery shopping. Not enough bag space. Thankfully they have started having more cashiers open than they did at first.

Now they are a little better. They are bigger and seem fresher. They are soft and taste great. The filled donuts are definitely filled. You get some of the filling in every bite. Let's talk about the apple fritters and the cinnamon rolls. They are huge! My pictures are not optical illusions. They really are bigger than my hand. Just the size is impressive but the taste is equally impressive. Again, these are wonderful! Now for the Pizza. The pizza is awesome! We had the thin crust half sausage and half pepperoni. Pine Trees pizza in my opinion is way better than the chain pizza places and rival any of the mom and pop places in Chillicothe. With the pizza we also got a small order of chicken strips. I'm not sure how these were cooked. It tastes like either microwaved or air fried. The chicken strips were nothing to brag about. We stop in here every time we're in town. We look forward to it.
